Do not waste your money, don't go here. Horrible customer service do not try to help the customer at all. Horrible product, my glasses were supposed to have all these anti-glare. All this stuff on them within 2 days. The lenses were falling out of the glasses due to falling. They got scratched and they're not willing to do anything for me even after it was their fault. Or the manufacturing of the glasses either way, it wasn't mine. Called up there to try to get a replacement pair. Willing to pay for them, and everything wasn't complaining about nothing. Even though they have my stuff on file They're not willing to make me another pair of glasses until I come there and pay for them upfront why would I pay if the new one do the same I want to see b4 I pay to make sure the new ones are good just save your self this stuff and just go anywhere else

The staff is very rude. Went in for my eye and I can't see out of it but they just told me that they couldn't help me schedule an appointment so

I had the best experience, with the help of (Ashia) from making it easy to fit me in ASAP to my schedule to her helping me put my eye contacts. The doctor as well was very nice and welcoming, I felt very relax and enjoyed being their. I will definitely keep going back to them.

Highly professional, awesome staff, newly remodeled practice, state of the art instruments. They will take care of you with ease. Will let you know if insurance is accepted beforehand. 10/10

I scheduled an appointment using the online system. I had to take the morning off from work and arrange other stuff to be on time, etc. Getting there, I've been told there is no doctor. If there is a system, I think there should be an automated notification letting the patients know that their appointment needs to be rescheduled or something. Not everybody has plenty availability to reschedule at any time. This location needs better handling of scheduling, improving communication with patients, and customer service.

Great experience at the Denville office. Very helpful staff and Dr. Minervini explained everything thoroughly and made me feel at home for the exam. Rose did a great job of finding me an affordable option for my glasses and Destiny did a fantastic job taking care of the initial tests, putting up with my terrible jokes and answering any questions I had. Definitely give them a visit if you're in the area.

Pria was so attentive and personable. I needed a screw fixed on a pair of my sunglasses. Pria fixed it, free of charge. Not only did she fix the screw, but she also cleaned the lenses of my sunglasses. Great customer service!!

This place was a sour experience in my mouth. I payed a high fee for services and front desk staff seems to be annoyed to provide services. When it was time to pick up glasses I was received by Mary in the front desk. She was very cutting and rude while even welcoming me. I asked for the restroom and she ignored me until she got off the phone just yo say it was out of service. Furthermore I explained I was a customer and picking up glasses. She was really rude when questioned why another person was using it and she stated it was out of service. I drove an hour to come here and had urgency to use the restroom. She was really rude and proceeded ti hand me the glasses without even a case in plastic wrapper. This is the worst place to come and spend your money. Guest service is everything anywhere. The doctor was really nice and welcoming but the rest of the staff is disgusting. For the fees I was charged I would have gone somewhere nicer and better service. Will never come to this place again. Save yourself the attitude you will be given.

I loved this place! Great service, you feel like you've known them for years even though its your first time. I like going to small business such as this one. It's nice to give to a business that has been in the community as long as they have. I wish my insurance felt the same way lol. They only allow me to go to those big corporate chains. I'm very happy with the glasses also. Everyday someone compliments my 👓 or asks me where I got them.
