I came in Monday the 19th, to get my glasses tighten. My glasses were fine then a hour later my glasses snapped in the middle between the lenses. My glasses was tightened to tight. I come back to see what they can do . They don’t have this basic style pair in person. So now I have to wait 4 weeks and pay the cover for something they caused. They don’t offer no discount no nothing. Poor customer service. BAD ENOUGH IT COST TO SEE.

I have been coming to this office for over a decade now and keep returning because of how I am treated however, I visited the doctor's office recently and noticed a change in the front desk experience. The Hispanic lady didn't offer a warm greeting, instead asking how she could help right away like I was an inconvenience for coming in to my appointment. This shift in hospitality was surprising, especially given the office's previous welcoming atmosphere under Dr. Helen's management. It seems there might be adjustments underway since her retirement.

Great place to get glasses. Dr. Gutierrez is knowledgeable for your prescription and he has a fabulous selection of eyeglass frames. Marisa is so awesome at helping pick frame styling - you won’t want to go anywhere else!

Always friendly and on time. I appreciate the professional eye care and Marisa's help in choosing frames for my glasses and sunglasses. Marisa has great taste and truly knows which frames will look best!

Friendly staff greeted me on the phone and I was able to come in on the same day to look at frames for glasses. They helped me find great frames and they had a great selection to choose from.

Dr. Sierra is one of finest & brilliant Eye Surgeons in Sacramento. She saved my wife's vision by performing timely cornea surgery. She also performed cataract surgery on my both eyes. I feel great after the surgery. She is kind & caring: & patiently answers all our queries. We are fortunate to have her as our opthalmologist. I highly recommend her👍

Dr. Sierra is an incredible and talented ophthalmologist. She is extremely intelligent and professional, yet friendly and compassionate with an unwavering dedication to her patients and their specific needs. I had a traumatic experience in the past with a complex eye surgery so I was extremely nervous and anxious when I was referred to her. Dr. Sierra listened to my concerns and my fears and immediately made me feel comfortable and confident that the surgery she was going to perform would be successful. She was right. Although my surgery was very complex, she made sure I was comfortable and completely pain free., and the surgery was a success. I would trust her with my life and highly recommend her to anyone looking for an outstanding eye surgeon!

Wow! All I can say is the service that was delivered to me was over the top generous. I purchased a pair of glasses that were not correct for the use I intended them to be. I hesitated on complaining about them because it was my purchase. I finally decided to explain the situation and Wow, I feel that Capitol Optometry is an amazing place to have your eyes examined, they also have amazing staff that is helpful, and willing. Go see them for amazing service and they have a great selection of really cute glasses also, 😎

Very bubbly staff. The front desk girl was a Niners fan (bonus). But the doctors and Kiersten were all very nice and generally people seem to like their job which is all you can ask for these days. Definitely recommend

Everyone at Capitol Optometry is helpful and friendly. Daryl makes sure you find the right glasses to fit your face. Dr. Moos, is kind and provides state-of-the art diagnostics. I highly recommend them!
