Today I went into Pearle Vision at the Oaks Mall in Gainesville FL. Let me just say I did not have an appointment but figured I’d stop in hoping they could help me, but not really expecting much since I was being very last minute. Not only were they able to get me the contacts lenses I came in for. Paul helped me find a beautiful pair of glasses that fit my face, personality, & budget. He was very kind & patient with me. He was also very knowledgeable of all the eye ware and lenses as well as insurance coverage. I highly recommend everyone in need of glasses or contacts to stop in to see Paul & Candance they were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING !!!! Call me old school but great customer service is everything to me. If you feel the same Pearle Vision is the spot for you.

Both Dr. Wu and Dr. Sabbah are wonderful. They are both very bright and thorough with exams and have such easy going demeanors. They really simplify everything so that I could understand my care! The front office staff were also very professional and friendly. My entire visit was very straight forward, clear and transparent.

This is the best place to get glasses, they have excellent prices and plenty of styles to choose from. The guy that works there is amazing at his job very friendly and super helpful.

Dr. Kenneth is the best. He is very knowledgeable and very attentive. The way he explained things to me shows how much he cares for his patients. Bonnie is also very friendly and kind. She is fun and very helpful. I recommended Dr Kenneth to all my family, friends and coworkers. I know they will be in good hands. By far one of the BEST doctors I have ever had. Dr. Bunch is patient, kind, highly knowledgeable and intelligent. He actually spends quality time with his patients and explains everything in a manner that only makes you more comfortable being under his care. HIGHLY recommend. My friends and family travel from different states in order to continue seeing him. Excellent staff as well.

I appreciate that they answer their calls personally. I felt they did a great job. I ended up having an eye issue and they set me up with a specialist right away. I felt my eye exam was thorough and everything was explained to me. All of my experiences at Everett Optometry have been positive.
