Dishonest and incompetent. More people should be warned about this place. Avoid it like a plague! I chose this place based on the glowing google reviews. What a HUGE mistake. I ended up wasting $1000 on a useless pair of glasses here. They promised it would work amazing, but it turned out the worst glasses I've ever had. AND there is no refund. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere honest and competent.

WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I walked in with my old glasses that needed a screw replaced for one that had fallen out & was lost. I had not purchased them from Eye Glass World but they were so nice and replaced the screw for me free of charge. I highly recommend going there for your next pair of glasses. I know I will because that kind of service is very hard to find in these times.

I would like to first say that the store was clean & very organized. Also, every staff member that I met was so polite & helpful. They have a HUGE selection of frames to choose from, so I picked up 2 pairs. They have super affordable prices, which is refreshing with today’s economy. Thank you to all of the amazing staff at the Fulton Ave. Town & Country store. I will DEFINITELY be a customer for life.

I transferred my optometry needs to Arden Park Optometry as this is closer to my home and my previous optometry put money over patients. Excellent communication from the staff before my appointment. When I went in, every staff are very pleasant. Dr. Paymaun is very friendly and really take time explaining everything during and after the exam. I also like that I don’t felt pressured to get glasses. Very laid back. Overall it is an excellent experience!

We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Paymaun Asnaashari. He was wonderful with my children and introduced us to myopia control. My wife and I are both nearsighted so we were very happy to learn about this optometry service. I highly recommend Arden Park Optometry, especially for parents with little kids that have myopia!

I went to Arden Park Optometry to get my vision checked and had such a lovely experience! Everyone was kind and friendly and the vision workup was high-quality. All of my questions were answered and my appointment was not rushed. They even helped me pick out some fun frames! I’m grateful for healthcare spaces like this one that make you feel welcomed and cared for.

I have been a patient of Dr. Helen Kwong for perhaps 15 years or more. I recently met the new Dr. Louie. He was also amazing. They are proficient with reminder calls. Every time I've called during business hours, someone answers. I've never had to chase them down with a bunch of voice mail messages. The entire front desk staff is always professional yet approachable. Kitty is by far my favorite. From the moment I step into the door, someone is already greeting me and offering assistance. The office is a quiet and comfortable environment with a very nice array of frames to choose from. I recommend this office to anyone who appreciates outstanding service and a satisfying dental appointment experience. -J. Simmons

I came in Monday the 19th, to get my glasses tighten. My glasses were fine then a hour later my glasses snapped in the middle between the lenses. My glasses was tightened to tight. I come back to see what they can do . They don’t have this basic style pair in person. So now I have to wait 4 weeks and pay the cover for something they caused. They don’t offer no discount no nothing. Poor customer service. BAD ENOUGH IT COST TO SEE.
