Dr. Jensen and her team are the absolute BEST. I’m so glad I made the decision to switch ophthalmologists. Our experience has always been wonderful, they truly connect with my child and bring the best out in her. We went to another office in cross keys and saw a man who was so horrific to my then one year old and me that I always had extreme anxiety about taking my DD back, but after switching to Dr. Jensen my DD loves going to her visits!!! Not only are they very smart but they are above and beyond with their kindness!

This is the optometrist next to lens craters. Our appointment was at 2:30 and the our son was still not seen. It was coming up to an hour and when I pointed it out, the girl at the front desk make sure to point out that he was only in the exam room for 42 minutes. Even though she was trying to be a smart ass, I would think that 42 minutes is still too long to be waiting in the exam room. Then she also said that since he had to go to the restroom, the wait was going to be longer. Waited over a hour to have my son's eyes looked at. The front desk doesn't care and only says things along the lines of "ok" and "it's ok". No it's not ok. I do not recommend this place. Go downstairs or go to another on the same street that accepts the same insurances.

Fantastic experience! Very professional and warm office environment. Dr. Silver and Robert are kind, courteous and patient with answering questions. It’s very difficult now a days to find a decent and knowledgeable eye doctor. I’m so glad I found this place 🙂

Dr Mansoir is great. He is experienced knowledgeable and explains himself in detail by visually showing you the images taken of your eyes.( I recommend getting the images of your eyes.) The eyes tell a story about your health regarding diabetes or stroke. Who knew! Fascinating experience.

Dr Rau and all his staff are professional without attitude. They keep current with medical technology and balance a robust practice in a painless experience. If there is a full waiting room, it does move along. The team is great and Dr Rau is super highly recommend.

I come for an annual eye exam every 3-5 yrs. Reception is great, Intake is great. Examiners are great. Dr. Ford is great. Everything was great!

Dr Tittler did an amazing job on my eye surgery!! Seriously, he took years off of my face...and I could not be happier! I had upper and lower eye lid surgery, and would gladly recommend him and his staff! Before and after....

Marie in the office is so rude. Took my grandson there for his first visit. The front office receptionist pointed me the way to the restroom and as I was halfway there, Marie starts yelling "EXCUSE ME, THAT'S A PRIVATE BATHROOM, YOU NEED TO USE THE ONE ONE THE SECOND FLOOR." Well, Marie, if it was so private, why was your receptionist showing me the way? Is it my skin color that bothered you? Why did the white lady before me get to use that bathroom? What's really going on in your head, Marie? Taking my daughter and her 3 kids elsewhere.

I am so disappointed to see there was a damage between the lens and the frame. They said since I did not have a warranty, I would have to pay for a new frame which cost me $268 for the frame itself. I was only able to give one star because I love the style of the frame I picked. It would not make sense to pay for something that was obviously the maker's fault, not mine. I was going to recommend the place to my family and friends, but I just now won't. If you have to purchase a pair of glasses from them, be sure to investigate while you are inside the store deeply and thoroughly.

Friendly and concerned about patient. He is good at making me feel comfortable. Would recommend him to family.
