I like coming here, because the doctor is so nice and friendly. She talks to my kid and keeps a conversation going as she does the exam. Then explain to us parents in detail the outcome of the exam. Her staff is right on top of everything too. Love the positive environment.

Today was the worst day of my life, we were a new patient, my 3-year-old boy with autism and I, pregnant, they never informed us how long their protocol was, I was there from 10:20 to 3:50 just wasting time , spending most of it outside I arrived in uber I had to wait all the time on the street, for wye in the end even seeing my desperate child without pampers already for that hour and others and they didn't even attend us like that 😔 too unfair for a baby, no I recommend the place, and one still asks the kindest thing and they only tell you that they will repeat the whole process if you leave, or that your insurance will send you to Los Angeles or San Diego!?? seriously those are answers... very poorly organized

I have been asking for my prescription to be sent (or called in) to the pharmacy for 2 weeks! I have called and emailed numerous times with no resolution. Absolutely terrible! Once money is collected from insurance, there’s no help for the patient. Horrible service!

Everyone in the office is helpful and professional. Dr. Greg Smith is straight forward and honest with a touch of compassion. I enjoy going to see them every year and thankful for the care and service.

I had a great visit starting off at the optometrist. Receptionist were helpful and Dr. Josh did a great job. On the frame and lens side the 2 gal's did great. They were very tolerant of a couple customers that weren't so patient. As for me Hallie the gal that took the time to help me with my glasses was wondering. Overall 5 out of 5 for this visit.

This is a great place to go if you are looking for a great eye optometrist. The staff is so pleasant and friendly, and the doctor is nice he will go over everything with you and give you the best treatment for your eyes to stay healthy. Amazing service. I only have two thumbs but if had five that is what I would give. Thank you for being so caring.

Very rude staff waited 2.5 hrs after my appointment ended up walking out. Guess they need to learn what appointment MEANS.

It took less than 10 minutes to book my first appointment, and it was scheduled without a problem, even though it took 4 months before I was seen by a doctor, it was worthwhile waiting. At my arrival there were a large crowd of patients waiting and I thought it was going to be a long wait. Well, it wasn’t too long the wait, and I was checked in by nurse assistant “Heidi”, I think that was her name. She really was very methodist and knew her procedure to prepare me to be seen by the doctor. Soon after she finished, it wasn’t too long when the doctor called me and checked my eyes. I have been scheduled another procedure for December 26th, 2023 and I am looking forward to it. Great job done yesterday 11/20/2023. KUDOS for AranEyes Associates.
