This used to be a nice office when Dr. Terry Isbill and his staff was running it. The new Dr’s are fine it’s just the new staff aren’t courteous. As soon as we walked in no greeting whatsoever. One assistant in particular shouted out my insurance info in front of other patients. That is totally unacceptable and a HIPPAA violation. I asked her not to do that and she did it again later in conversation. This office is small as it is and talking about people’s personal info is uncalled for. My wife and I will not be back and will go to another optometrist we’ve seen previously whom is way more professional and more modern office/equipment.

I have been going here since my parents enrolled me when I was a 6 or 7 years old. Every time I come back I am able to get clear diagnosis of the progress I've made or if I needed to tweak my glasses every now and then. Overall, great customer service. The ladies at the front desk are always super helpful and sweet. Never had any kind of complaint. Will be taking my daughter here now that she's experiencing some eye problems herself.

Dr. Liu and all the staff including telephone people I didn’t meet were very professional and caring. I’m pleased with all of my care. Dr. Kageyama was right on when he said you were exactly who I needed. Thank you!

Dr. Liu was very informative and explained my situation thoroughly. I liked that he wanted to be on the conservative side and asked me to come back in two weeks for a follow up. He is new to the practice and he is young but I respect his knowledge and bedside manners. I highly recommend him for glaucoma issues.

Before the pandemic this place was great customer experience. New staff is very short and extremely confrontational when you need prescriptions updated changed or if you ask for them to re-due. Makes you wonder if it’s coming out of their paycheck with how combative they are and just dismissive. Looks like they don’t care based off the reviews going unanswered. Will not be returning to small practices, they give better service at the bigger places now a days. Lens Crafters and Stanton always make sure customers are satisfied and don’t have to pay out of pocket on lenses that can be charged to insurance.

The staff is very friendly they greet you as you walk in. Shout out to one staff member Yoyo. He is great to work with, super friendly, he made glasses shopping a great experience. He keeps you updated on your order of new glasses. I look forward every year of getting an eye exam and getting new glasses. I have seen a number of doctors and they all were very informative. Check this place out!

Great team. Very nice environment.
Mary was really helpful and informative in helping pick out my frames. And then there is the friendly staff. (I say this cause they really tried to laugh at my Old Dad jokes).
Altogether a very good expetience.

Dr. David T. Keira is one of the compassionate & caring eye surgeons that I know. He & his team did an absolutely fantastic removal of my cataract on my right eye & added the lens so now I don't need glasses for distance anymore. Thank you Dr. Kira!!!

Dr Kira is professional, easy to talk too, takes his time when with you, and makes you feel completely cared for. He diagnosed a condition I had been dealing with for over a year and I immediately began to heal with his recommendation. I now regularly enjoy my annual visits and know I have complete car for my eyes.
