Dr. Arnold Miller is the only Dr. ever who has ever gotten my prescription right. He's patient and listens to you. He has great bedside manner. I referred him to many people because to me he's the real deal.

Hopefully I won't need but do appreciate effort made to address my concerns.

I like the fact that’s a family owned optical store and not those chain stores where they rise their prices for no reason. They honestly have pretty good prices for name brand frames and the staff know what they’re doing. I’m pretty happy with their services... I would highly recommend coming here.

I LOVED everything about my experience. The customer service was incredible. I felt like their priority from the moment I walked in. The exam was efficient and helped clarify some issues I was having and the glasses selection was AMAZING! I am so excited for them and will be going back for a contact fitting as well. My new go-to for all eye care needs!

Dr. Levin is very gifted in what she does, but when I think about her, it’s not the amazing job that she’s done to correct my vision that comes to mind first. Instead, what often plagues me to this day is how terrible she made me feel each and every time I went to see her. If she could just be a lot more compassionate towards patients like myself then she’d be outstanding in my opinion.

Been going here for years including last night. Never was required to wear a mask then this morning all of a sudden I need a mask to spend my money. No worries luckily there several retailers in the vacinity that do not require masks to spend your money.

My first appointment was a success. Staff was welcoming, friendly, and nice. Nearly everyone said hello. Staff and the Dr. were very professional, courteous, confidence building, and provided a great deal of information about my case. I'm delighted and satisfied. I'd definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Where do I begin? About 2 weeks ago, I visited this office for the 1st time, not only did they squeeze me in the same day, but because I was not familiar with the area I was super late. The treatment I received was more than Royalty. Crystal, front desk, phenomenal. She was kind, patient and understanding, Melanie, all smiles, Javier technician, WOW, he picked out my frames and picked out the most perfect ones that match my personality and have my 2 favorite colors. Dr.Lindahl, the way she treated me I would NEVER had know she was the Dr. perfect chairside manners. I suffer from anxiety and this is the 1st place in over 10 years where I was treated as a human and not a number or $ dollar sign. If you are into exceptional Customer Service I would definitely visit this location in Wellington 11924 W Forest Hill Blvd. Thank you for the unforgettable service to you all.
