Incredible service!!! Very impressed with eye exam. Mrs. Klapper, worker, and others were so knowledgeable, and patient and had a very easygoing personality. Would definitely recommend! It's worth the trip across town!!!!!

I have been with Dr Jennifer Wang for quite some time: she treated my son's when they were young and now just me. Always very pleasant and very professional. When we get together, we always spend a few minutes to catch up. Besides the eye exams, she operated on my left eye to remove a small spot: like a birth mark. I have always been very satisfied with my eye care, treatment and the results of my eye care. I am getting the best medical care in the valley.

El Valle Optical is horrible. I was told it'd be 2-3weeks for my glasses to come in. I called on the 3rd week, and was told they'll come in tomorrow, I call the next day and was told the same thing, I then call the following day, and was told the exact same thing. It has now been a month, and im still waiting.

Best optometrist in town! Dr. Shilly's patients are his priority and he takes very good care of them. Family has been going here for years and refuse to go anywhere else because of the care and assistance we've been provided. Thank you Doctor! :))

Rose was professional and proficient in handling our appointment. I was extremely happy to find online appointment setting available and then the follow up for the confirmation of the appointments was promptly received first thing in the morning of the next day after I had scheduled the appointments. Dr. Lagomarsini was great at explaining the reasons for the procedures done at the appointment. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for the ease of online appointment setting and the professionalism of all the staff in the office. I do not really care for Dadeland mall, however, their location is conveniently located in the less crowded part of the mall and there is ample seating available close by to wait comfortably while the pupils dilate. ☆It would help if the patients could pick out frames before having their pupils dilated☆ Glasses were ready for pick up at lightning speed. I was notified via email once they were ready.

They saved my vision! I can’t say enough good things about Optix on Downer. Their staff got me in last minute on a Saturday to see Dr. McGinley when I had an eye infection emergency. I was amazed at the care I received even though I wasn’t an established patient. Dr. McGinley answered my questions throughout the day after the appointment and even gave me a referral to a specialist for the following Monday- the specialist said that the action Dr. McKinley took was critical to my recovery from the infection. The customer service was outstanding especially since I had to bring my two year old with me that morning. THANK YOU!

Janet Nichols was great with my contact lens fitting. I've worn contacts for about 30 years and never had as thorough an evaluation/fitting as this appointment with her. She had me try on approximately 10-12 lenses to find the right fit. I would recommend her to others in a heart beat.

I used to be a regular patient at Elegant Optics. I moved out of town but recently came back. I was due for an exam so my wife ans set up appointments. Their website said they take BCBS insurance and I confirmed that on the phone as well. Dr Adams was great as usual when it came time to deal with the office staff then it went downhill. Tried to upcharge my wife $700 + for frames and lenses. As we said that wasnt going to work then they wanted to "work out" some costs to lower the price. Why didn't they give us the best price up front. That is not a good business practice. We left. I had to call three times to try and get our prescriptions, each time being told they would be sent by email. Never got them. Ended up having to go in again to pick them up. We both ordered glasses online. BCBS insurance applied. Total cost for both of us for frames with lenses (Progressive lenses for my wifes glasses) $15.00. That process was seamless. Sorry to say we will never use Elegant optics again.

Dr Jeremy and Regan Prudhomme are tremendously professional and helpful. I’m a first time contacts user as a 40yo+ adult and they were patient in getting me to a comfort place in using them. I have found their front office staff to be very pleasant on the phone and in-person. Super grateful to have a place I can trust.

I was very happy with the quality of every aspect of getting new glasses! The doctor was great! The associates were great! the department manager, Char, was extremely helpful! I always need others' opinion on how glasses look on me. Char was amazing at helping me find the best frame for me! My glasses were made perfectly! I've spent more and got less at other optical retailers. I will definitely go back when I need a new pair as it was a great experience!
