Dr. Fong was great, his staff was very helpful. Especially Ashia. I got the prescription I needed and the glasses I wanted. They even helped me out with a rebate. Definitely coming back for my next exam. Thank you guys.

This is the best optometry! He was very knowledgeable and informative. I’m in a rush else I’d write a 3 page review on how wonderful this Dr was. The staff was also very warm and welcoming. I also love how this place is clean and still abide by CDC standards

Nice place and excellent staff! I went here because it was within walking distance from my house and it works with the insurance I have. I was very pleased! The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Dr. Fong was very nice, professional, and took all the time needed for my visit. I wasn't rushed or made to feel ignorant. They had many options for glasses including very inexpensive ones and my glasses were ready in less than a week. Over-all it was a great experience and I would recommend this office to anybody!

Horrible customer service, made an appointment from LA on Tuesday, flew in and they didn't have me scheduled today at 230. I said I called Tuesday at 2pm... won't be going back there. They have new staff, so it had to be a new girl that dropped the ball. Zero Stars

I've had a few optometrist that were out right bad; couldn't get my contact prescription right and told me it was the "best they could do" for me with my eye sight. Then there are the wonderful doctors who get it right or fix it if it isn't. Dr. Leong is one of those. Highly recommend him.

Great place! Very good staff and Dr. Leong is very patient and kind. They make you feel welcome and do not nickel and dime you like other optometrists do.

When I get there the staff takes care of me immediately I never have to wait very long and the doctors as well as all the medical staff make me feel very safe and secure in that their concern for me is foremost in their mind. Unfortunately because of my personal routine I have often this appointments. They don't make me feel bad about it they simply reschedule me as quickly as they can. I have no desire to consider changing doctors or facilities. I've had one operation on one eye it was very successful and I eagerly wait when I told I can have the second operation on my other eye. Receptionist so helpful given I was using new insurance coverage. Very patient, cooperative and informative. Dr. Brubaker always explains my treatment and discusses my concerns. Very pleased with Lincoln office location.

Dr. Brubaker is a wonderful doctor. I’ve been going to him for a few years now and he’s always friendly. I had eye surgery for early onset glaucoma a few years back and my then doctor told me I would never get off my three times a day eyedrops. After examining my eyes, Dr. Brubaker determined I could be off all the drops and started removing one drop at a time until I was eyedrop free. So happy about that and never knew it was possible. Thank you Dr. Brubaker.

The entire staff was friendly, professional and overall seemed to enjoy their job. I learned so much from Dr. Nakamoto (he told me to call him Marvin) about optical strain and muscle memory when I've been wearing glasses for 29 years. I love the option to communicate with the staff via text. Ample free parking. Easy to schedule appointments through the VSP website or directly on Midtown Optometric Groups website as it lists open time slots. Karin helped me find the perfect frames at the end of my exam. Very pleased with Midtown Optometric Group.

Everyone is always so friendly. I’ve been going here for over 20 years and my kids have been going their whole lives. Marvin feels like family now. I would never go anywhere else.
