I've been a patient at the Bixby Eye Center for several years and have never had anything short of an excellent experience!! My optometrist, Dr. Kern, has always been super professional, refreshingly laid-back, and clear-cut on the details for every exam I've ever been to. And whenever I pick up lenses or shop for new frames, all the staff have been absolutely wonderful. The overall atmosphere at the BEC is so casual and friendly that I'd never dream of going anywhere else. Special shout-out to Robin and Don for being my go-tos whenever I visit!! And thank you to everyone at the BEC for making each one of my visits downright enjoyable. I'd highly recommend this place and great group of people to anyone looking for a new eye care center!!

Phenomenal job done by everyone at 20/20! My vision is perfect and I feel great! Highly highly recommend for anyone contemplating getting lasik. From front desk to doctors, nothing but 5 star service - thank you so much!

Jr has been amazing every time we come in. He is friendly and makes sure we have everything we need. He is easy tot remember because of his great personality. We love coming here.

Staff was friendly, informative and professional. Appreciate their efforts. Office was well organized, chic and comfy. You will, without a doubt receive top notch care here for you eye health. Just a fare warning for those doing self-pay, they refuse to tell you how much your visit is in an advance. Not even an estimated average that other patients with similar concerns have paid. I find that ludicrous & opportunistic, especially they do not offer a payment plan. You must pay on the spot. You will be spending (based on overhearing what other patients paid) between $700-$1000 for a visit. But what you pay for is of quality care. Stay blessed.

Tried to book an appointment, but the receptionist wouldn't book the appointment because she insisted that my insurance couldn't be the insurance I was telling her. I called again to verify and gave her my ID number and because it didn't pop up in her system, she insisted that wasn't a valid insurance. Instead of verifying with my insurance carrier, she said the only way she could book an appointment would be as a cash patient and I wouldn't be able to change it even after I presented my insurance card to them. I called my insurance carrier and they said all she had to do was call and confirm (every other Dr.'s office does it). If she's too lazy to call and confirm insurance coverage, what other tasks is she too lazy to perform? Horrible way to attract new patients and makes it hard to trust this office with that kind of service.

Dr. Crystal Dinh ( Golden Vision San Gabriel, CA) was able to show that glasses is a better choice than contacts. Or else, wearing contacts would not be a suitable choice. As an optometrist, her professionalism expressed throughout …

Customer service was excellent. The procedures and the preparation was great! I am so pleased with the outcome of my procedure and the care of all the people I dealt with to get this done. No pain or discomfort and my vision, I am so pleased with the results. I would recommend to anyone. As a matter of fact I told two people that I know that should look into getting it done. Donna is wonderful. She is bright and very diligent. She breaks down a very complicated subject so you can better understand your situation and options. I highly recommend her.

I went to Dr Jones, and I could barely see except in natural light because of my severe astigmatism. Now, my vision is sharp, and it is thanks to his experience and patience. I trust my eyes to Dr. Jones.

My first eye exam in almost 15 years was an amazing experience at Queen City Eye. Dr. Neal is extremely knowledgeable and conducted a thorough exam. The technician Emmanuel was extremely pleasant and courteous. I would strong recommend the Team at Queen City eye for all of your optometry needs!
