I have been a client of Dr. Tracy's for more than 20 years, never a problem, always good service. But this last time there was a problem. He went to the WALL with VSP to advocate for me, and because of him the issue was resolved. I was always happy with him and his staff, and now I'm positively THRILLED. His staff also committed to going above and beyond to find the style of frames I like, which is apparently not in the general style of what's being purchased in Sacramento. Simply put, I cannot recommend Dr. Tracy any higher. He and his office staff are the absolute best.

Dr. Tracy is fourth in a lineup of optomitrists I have been through, and he has successfully and consistently adjusted my vision since we found him. His success in my opinion comes from his elegant marriage of new and old technologies and practices and his willingness and drive to learn and use new methods backed up by solid experience and training. My vision is complicated by 20/200ish nearsightedness, 7l & 8r astigmatism, and the need for years of vision therapy in the past. Dr. Tracy evaluated and assimilated all my needs into contact lenses and corrected my vision to between 20/20 & 20/15. We had a couple different tests along the way that led us to our current lenses, but I can now truly experience vivid life again because of his practice. Dr. Tracy is definitely the best optomitrist I know of and friends and family say the same. Even though I have been living in Alabama recently, I have continued to use his services, and as long as I am able, I will do so.

Took about a month and a half to get glasses because of a delay I wouldn't have known about if I never called. I cancelled the frame order & they were able to put lenses into frames I brought in myself. Wanted to order sunglasses from another place a few months later, but realized I never got a copy of my prescription. I emailed to ask for it and only got a reply after I called about a week later. No PD listed so I asked for that as well and to this day(this was back in June/July) have not gotten a reply. I got my PD from the previous place I got my glasses. Staff was pleasant enough, but I won't be coming back. I felt like an inconvenience during my entire experience which I have never felt in my 21+ years of wearing/buying glasses.

They charged me for services and products I did not request. They sent me to collections when I refused to pay for the lenses I told them I did not want to purchase. I paid for my consultation and that was all I wanted since I planned to purchase the contacts on my own. They insisted on ordering contacts for me. I never picked them up and therefore never paid for a product I never said I wanted. The owner has said I was never a patient/customer there…. That is a lie. I most certainly was. If I wasn’t then the fact that they sent me to collections is even more unscrupulous. Also how would they know from a google name that I was or wasn’t a customer. I am frustrated beyond measure. I had my appointment for contacts in April. Ever since I have been trying to get my prescription. I called, I emailed, I left voice mails. Finally a lady at the office said that she will mail me the prescription. She did........but it was a prescription for glasses not contacts. Are you people serious? It has been 6 months. I have been without contacts for 6 freeking months. Refund me the money if you can't give me my prescription. Ridiculous.

Very nice, timely but non-rushed and thorough eye exam with good explanations. And it did not appear at all that they stacked appointments to maximize throughput. They also have a nice selection of frames. Overall a very positive experience

Been coming for several years, staff is always friendly, and helpful. My prescription change was so small they said I didn’t have to get new glasses unless I wanted to!! Excellent customer service!!!

I’ve known Dr. Nishio for forty years. During that time, I’ve been around him in nearly every kind of social situation: family gatherings, church activities, travel, amongst colleagues, friends, our employees and patients. He is a polite, professional and thoughtful doctor. I am fortunate to have him as my business partner. I am glad to know his family. I trust him without question.
