I retired from an eye surgery center as a nurse, in another state, in 2017. I was anxious to see how the procedure had progressed. I was extremely satisfied with all aspects....the evaluation, the wait time, the short after- care time, the concern and attention shown by anesthesia, Dr. Ridner, the nurses, the front desk. The atmosphere was quiet and comfortable. I was quickly given extra blankets, and my eyeglasses were bubble- wrapped. I'd give them an " A plus" , in cleanliness, professionalism, compassion, and efficiency. Anxious to have my second eye done!

Anush was so helpful with helping get my glasses properly sized!! She was quick and very kind.

My son had an appointment with Dr. Tham, this was the worst experience we have had with an optometrist. My son tried to explain to her that he is autistic so she can understand in case he seems off to her. She ended up trying to explain to my son that most people who say they are autistic really are not. She was very rude and he left very upset. We love the staff at Vision Works but will be unable to go back there due to the experience we had with Dr. Tham.

I love Dr. Dayani. I had a procedure done by him. Everything went very well. He was very kind and gentle. I was very nervous at first. But after he explained everything and assured me that I would be ok, I trusted him, he was absolutely amazing.

Honestly I forgot my Drs name (it was my first time here) and I am terrible with names, but he was fantastic. I told him was I was looking for and he gave me his advice on a few things. I like his honesty and willing to listen to the patient. I do wish the location had more choices for glasses but I was able to find a pair I liked.

The doctor is a very well variety with a good information about the eye treatment and eye infection I like what he does.

She is incredibly thorough, kind, and takes her time with patients to explain issues and options. I feel reassured after every appointment and have noticed progress in my condition after following her treatment. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a great ophthalmologist.

I would love to post a zero star. I went here for glasses and contacts. And because of there lack of communication my contacts were not even the right prescription!! I called multiple times never got calls back or any help. So they let the 60 day run out and basically stole 68 dollars for a visit I didnt even go to. DO NOT GO HERE. I've had better luck getting contacts online.

I don't want to age myself, but I've been coming to see Dr. John A Katzaroff for over 20 years. He's the nicest man and has been there with my throughout my optometry journey. I still remember being 12 years old and having the receptionist teach me how to put in my contacts for the first time. Anyways, now that story time is over, onto the review. You easily make an appointment in person or by calling the office. The contact exams are $109 and the glasses exam are $69. That is their amazing Costco membership price. Once given your glasses prescription, you can order glasses in the eyewear department or take your prescription and order elsewhere but I always get my glasses at Costco. They order them for you and come very fast. Today at my exam I learned I don't need contacts anymore since I had been wearing them originally for an eye condition I had called amblyopia. I was given a prescription for glasses just in case I want to get them in the future but I am going to try without them for now. I always looking forward to seeing Dr.Katzaroff. Best eye place I have been to in a long time. The staff and doctors were extremely nice and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in the door until the moment I left. I had to go for an eye exam and pick out my glasses and I was in and out in less than an hour. The staff helped me with everything I needed and the doctor made sure I understood what was going on. They said my glasses should arrive in about 7-10 days and then I can go pick them up 100% covered by insurance! No money out of pocket! I thought it was going to be so much more difficult than it was. 5 out of 5 stars, I will definitely be returning!

Eric is an excellent optician. He assisted me from selecting my eyeglasses to fitting them well and explained everything even as to how to wear them properly. He is an asset to the Optical department.
