This vision center has helped my vision more than any by slowing down my vision lost. The staff was very friendly & respectful. Brandy was able to help me choose the right glasses for me. The experience was quick and beneficial towards my eye care. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

They are the best Eye doctors in Ventura County. They are glaucoma certified. I really like the feel you get when you walk into the shop and sit down there. He has a lot on display and a great selection of designer sunglasses and frames. The people who work there are very kind, experienced and helpful.

Kiana is a wonderful person and doctor. My two children see her and it is always pleasant. She takes such pride and care in what she does. We are grateful to have her.

Went there over several months. I have no problem with the actual exams etc. My problem is with my contacts. After countless fixes with both fit and actual strengths, they wanted an additional $200.00 for a new contact. As of today, many months after the fact, I have changed back to original lenses (old ones) for a good fit. The right lense did not fit and kept moving off my eye, sometimes coming out of the eye. I am so mad. I spent $480.00 for lenses I can’t wear. Do not go there for contacts. As much as I had a great experience with the staff, I’m so disappointed with their quality of care with my contacts.

Dr Lancaster is amazing! He is extremely thorough, kind and is always willing to take time to educate. I have not only switched my daughter to his practice but have also referred my mother, sister and two nieces. I would not trust anyone else with my family’s vision needs and hope he never retires!

Great experience start to finish, Kevin and Dr. Nguyen were both exceedingly friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful. Dr. Nguyen was very thorough for my first exam and was able to catch and correct an issue I've had with my vision that my last two optometrists had missed, can't recommend this location more.
