Appears this place overschedules. It took almost one hour just to start the process - get eyes dilated. They should do better job of managing their wait time or do better in setting expectations. Most of the patients have people waiting to drive them home.

I would agree with others' comments about over scheduling. This office is very busy and definitely has a rushed vibe. Techs are also a bit rude. If you don't want to sit in a waiting room and waste a bunch of time, I'd go somewhere else.

Worst pair of glasses I have ever bought. Lenses scratch when using a microfiber cloth And the staff came up with every excuse they could. I have been wearing glasses for years and always took care of them never ever have lenses scratch so easy just poor quality lenses

I love this place. never switching on them again. I went to a 5 star eye optometrist called clear view eye care and they messed up my Lenses so bad. I told them they were wrong and they insisted I had to get use to them but I knew it wasn’t that. I came back to my regular Walmart in Douglas with nicki and they did a better job than that 5 star eye place ever did. My lenses are perfect. No astigmatism in the lenses. Idk why it has low stars when Walmart does a better job at my glasses than a good eye company. Come here and they will get you taken care of! Nicki is amazing

I normally don't write reviews much less negative but this one is well-deserved. I originally bought my frames at this location so didn't think twice when I had to get new lenses. Nikki, the Store Manager, assisted me and new lenses were sent for but the lab botched the order by cutting them improperly with too much distortion. Nikki offered to have the lab redo the lenses at no additional charge but if the lab botched it again I would be out $169 so I requested a full refund which Nikki agreed to however, before doing so, she popped out the lenses and threw them away knowing the frames were discontinued and that it would be very difficult if not impossible to fill them elsewhere and failed to inform me of such which seemed particularly malicious to me. I contacted Rob, the District Manager, who informed me that although what Nikki did essentially made my frames worthless, he was not willing to authorize a refund on my frames but allowed me to go back to the store and pick whatever frames I wanted but could find none that were suitable. I called Corporate, speaking with Ashley, but she said policy prevented her from contacting the lab for the dimensions nor would she do more to assist me. All my pleas seemed to fall on deaf ears. Neither Rob nor Ashley would openly condemn what Nikki had done even though it was unethical due to the fact that Nikki knew the frames were discontinued and that tossing the lenses would make the frames worthless. In almost every interaction she was passive-aggressive, flippant, disrespectful and generally gave off bad vibes. She is not only a liability to the store but the company itself seems to validate this kind of behavior by refusing to address it. One more thing to report is that the Walmart Vision Centers at Pleasant Grove and Truxel are NOT supported by Walmart by rather by National Vision, the parent company. Do not do business with them. You may regret it.

My husband and I are in our upper 40s and our reading is getting blurry. We made an appointment and was seen quickly. We got all of the additional testing as it was a good value. The office girl did a few of the eye tests by taking photos. She was very friendly and helpful. We saw the doctor, and she gave us a very informed appointment. We were pleased with the help in optical very friendly and knowledgeable.

Dr Tzeng and her staff were professional and efficient, as well as kind. Excellent, quick exam. Elda helped me yesterday with glasses and she was super!

This was my first experience with Costco Optical. It was a totally positive experience. The young lady who assisted me was knowledgable about everything-frames, lenses, tints, etc. I was in and out in about 15 minutes with two pairs of glasses ordered. I received notice that they were ready for pick up 4 days later. What could be better?

I have been with Granite Pointe eye care for over 10 years. The past year the quality of the patient experience has fallen to 2 stars (maybe lower). Appointments with Dr Okamoto are typically 20 - 35 minutes late. I ordered new lenses and they were ordered incorrectly and are being re-done. Not sure what is going on but looking for a new optometrist.

My daughter and I have been patients of Dr Lech for about 25 years. I cannot express how grateful I am for his passion and knowledge. He has worked so hard to get the most possible vision for my daughter who is visually impaired, and he connects to patients on a personal level. The office is a friendly, compassionate, and professional environment.
