The NeoVision staff are friendly and prompt and Dr. Gipson is very knowledgeable. These are the best Botox results I have ever had! The South Side location is also very convenient.

Since I moved to Florida Dr. Lee-Chee has been my optometrist. Sometimes appointments run a little late but that's because she gives 100% to her patients. She is a true Blessing...... thank you Dr. Lee-Chee.

While the actual exam experience was okay, it was my experiences after that have caused me to change my rating. I did not meet with Dr. Moresi, even though my exam details stated otherwise. The doctor that saw me mentioned that it was her first day at the practice, which is fine. I was given a different brand since I decided to go through with Dailies. I tried giving the contacts a few tries, but they were not at all comfortable. I tried calling multiple times but I was unable to get in touch with an associate. Due to this, I decided to come to the store on Sunday 9/20 and spoke with Josefina, who took down my information and let me know that they would have to get approval from the doctor for trying a different brand, fine. I followed up the next day with Lupe, who took my information down again, and informed me that the doctor that saw me was not in and that they would follow up with me the next day to confirm the outcome. I did not receive a call. Wednesday 9/23, I received a text stating that my order was ready for pick up. Confused, I called the store to figure out what was going on since I was told my glasses would not be ready for another 3 weeks and that my order for contacts would be cancelled. I spoke with Josefina again, who took down my information again. She then stated That the doctor that saw me still was not in and that she would need to take my information again and asked to place me on hold. The call was unexpectedly disconnected so I called back to figure out what was going on. Josefina then had to call Lupe, who stated that an order for trial contacts was placed for me and that I would have to pick up them up from the store. Taking that information, I then asked Josefina if she could confirm whether or not my glasses or contacts were ready based on the text message received. She seemed confused and was not able to confirm and stated that contacts would be delivered to my house, which is not what I requested at the time of ordering. This whole ordeal of miscommunication is the reason why by I am deciding to go back to a private practice. I had an issue last year with this same store, because another doctor other than Dr. Moresi has given me the wrong prescription of eyeglasses and contacts. This year was my second chance for this practice and regretfully will be the last. At this time I would like someone to please confirm when my revised prescription, new trial of contacts and glasses will be ready for pick up so that I can move on from this experience.

Dr. Brantley is hands-down the finest eye doctor I’ve been to. I visited 7 doctors around the country and he is the first to actually diagnose my eyesight issues and provide effective treatment. He is personable and 100% engaged with his patients. Highly recommended!

Dr. Sungulyan is terrific; however there is a real problem with the medical reception desk. I have left 3 different messages for the Dr. And she NEVER got ONE of them. Please address this important challenge immediately. Thanks.

Dr. Giles is a Great Ophthalmology he has been treating me for some years now. To tell you the truth he knows his job I will recomend him to anyone who needs it. He takes his time with his patients and explains everything thats going on.. I trust him! Thank you so much!

Dr. Kosakura's is by far the best OD office our family has visited. He not just checks your vision, but every other aspects of a person's health condition that can be observed, or deduced, from the health of your eyes. We used to visit other OD doctors, and the differences are huge. Although they do a nice job in filling the glasses prescriptions, their choices of frames are quite limited. So, if you need a new frame, get it from other places. I personally do make an effort to give them all my eye care related business, since Dr. Kosakura is such a nice OD.

Other than my left eye getting bubbles on the first day and having to wait til the next morning to get treatment. It was an awesome experience. Staff and surgeons were honest and upfront on what to expect. Had burning and tearing for the first few hours but then it got better. The next day I was able to see without glasses for the first time since elementary. The process was extremely fast. From getting info online to my consultation and then my surgery. I'm extremely satisfied with Lasik Vision Institute. Thank you for being able to work with my schedule and making it happen fast. I highly recommend Lasik Vision Institute.
