My experience is great. From the moment you walk in they make you feel welcome and the nurses are so sweet and friendly. I felt comfortable because they were definitely knowledgeable of what they were doing. Thank you for making me feel like comfortable and that I didn't have to be nervous. Keep up the good work.

So, I had an appointment on 3/14/23 with the Katzen Eye 👁 Group in Lutherville, MD. I was there for a Glaucoma Evaluation, the doctor I was scheduled to see I never saw. They sent another doctor in to do my evaluation who didn't specialize in Glaucoma, this doctor complained the whole time about the doctor I should have been seeing to do my evaluation. Than to only find out that the person who did my work up never told me to keep my eyes closed for a few so the drops she put in to check the pressure in my eyes won't dry my eyes out, which my eyes became dry. So the doctor put some lubricant drops in my eyes and had the tech that came in with him to give me some samples of lubricant for the dryness. Only to find out when I got home the samples she gave me has an expiration date of 08/2022. I'm so glad I noticed that the drops they gave me had expired.😪 They wanted me to come back in six months for a follow-up with the doctor I should have been seeing today. After all of this and not being able to speak with someone about this matter. Katzen Eye 👁 Group won't be seeing me in six months. I'll will definitely be looking for a different Glaucoma specialist to do my evaluation.

I had never been to Elegant Optics but stopped in a whim looking for new glasses. I was helped by a really good employee who found me a handful of great choices in a short period of time. Typically I don’t enjoy getting assistance picking out options but the employee listened to my feedback throughout and made the experience smooth.

I recently visited MyEyeDr and had an amazing experience! Everyone who worked there was very friendly, which created an upbeat atmosphere. The doctor was very thorough and explained everything to me, which made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Kenya helped me with my glasses fitting and she was great! They also had an excellent selection of frames to choose from, and I got the cutest pair of Pradas and a cute set covered through my insurance. Overall, I had an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great eye care provider.

I have been seeing Dr Pezo for over 10 yrs. she is always professional and very knowledgeable. I enjoy my appointments and am confident she and Robert are interested in attending to my needs. I recommend Sylvania Vision and think supporting local businesses is important..

Met Dr John for the first time today. Was impressed by his knowlege and his willingness to answer questions. The staff was kind and helpful. Everything flowed smoothly and I made it home in record time. Check in was easy and the check out was just as good.

We took our German Shepherd in for evaluation regarding his Pannus. Amin’s condition has been regressing and we were really worried. Dr Li Puma was patient and answered all of our questions. She also talked to us about different things we can start so to help manage his disease. She was knowledgeable and sweet. The staff was very helpful and got us a list of resources to help with the cost of his medication. The experience overall was great and we walked out feeling much better. We are hopeful that our boy is going to get better with the plan provided. It’s been only 2 days and Amin is already improving.

Absolutely amazing doctor and staff! I had the pleasure of being treated at their newest location in the west valley! I was thrilled on how easy their check in process was, the staff was so polite and very welcoming! Dr. Arora is extremely compassionate about his job and takes the time to listen and address your concerns. I left feeling so relieved. He took the time and gave me a very concise treatment plan! Professionalism at its finest! I will be recommending him to all my family and friends! Thanks again, Dr. Arora and staff!

Very knowledgable and amazing service! Will definitely be returning. The doctor took the time to explain eye health to us and she was so personable!

We drive an hour and a half to come to Mid-America Eye Center to see Dr Unterman and it is definitely worth it! Dr Unterman does come to my city a few times a month, but we enjoy the drive to Prairie Village. Great office with Great staff. I recommend him all the time.

All the staff both at the optometrist section and the glasses sales section are polite and professional. I never felt like someone was encouraging me to not use my discounts and my insurance which I have failed at other vision stores. Knowledgeable about my vision insurance and flexible when I asked the options for putting new lenses in an existing pair of sunglass frames I have. Wide selection of frames available and in different price ranges.
