Roz is absolutely exceptional. I had some issues with my glasses and I started my visit off a bit disappointed but they turned my entire visit around. Between her top notch personality, professionalism, patience, and expertise I walked out thrilled. And I have to add how impressed I was with her ability to be attentive to me while watching the floor and ensuring all customers incoming were being handled in the order they arrived. LensCrafters, you better hold on to her and treat her right!

We came in needing glasses for our extremely farsighted 3 year old. We bought some frames that ended up being too big/heavy on my kid- Brandon was super helpful explaining the return process, and assisted us with selecting frames that would be a much better fit based on my sons Rx. Very grateful for the staff here for all their help! Highly recommend coming here for glasses.

We came in for our annual checkup, my daughter and I were both helped by Sully! She was so sweet and listened carefully to every concern I had. she honestly went above and beyond in helping us out choosing frames and what type of lenses we want. The doctor was also very fast and efficient as well :) all in all, Ima stick to target optical every time>>>

I’ve had my eye exams and purchased my glasses here at least three times now. Dr. Wu and the Optical staff are always friendly, efficient and helpful. Happy to help pick out the best frames (not the most expensive) for me.

The whole Staff was very nice . Carl helped me out with selecting a new pair of glasses, he was very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be coming back here.

Well it was a rush to get my client here only to have to wait for almost an hour just to get into a room. Once there they did a quick check to see if any info needed to be updated. Then sent Us to wait in another area that is hidden from the first waiting room. Not sure why this is done but it’s a bad habit to get into Doctors! Still waiting To see the Dr. I’ll keep you updated.

Been coming here for years with my children as well. I like how Dr. Tillman takes time to answer concerns and questions. Sometimes there's a wait, but sometimes I get right in and out. I never experienced what the previous person mentioned.

Dr Chang and the office are very busy. Dr and Staff at Riverside office are beyond wonderful. Dr. Chang knows his trade, I like that he's to the point and gives out beneficial advice. Some people don't like directness, but I'd rather have my mom seen by a very competent and direct professional. The staff is so accommodating. Thank you!

Dr Chang is a wonderful, caring Retina Specialist. Took me in between other clients on emergency when my retina tore at the top. He was able to repair my tear in office over 3 visits and had me texting him updates on status in between procedures staying on top of what was needed next. I don't know any other doctors that care this much. Thanks to Dr Chang and my Ophthalmologist Dr Pabalan who found the tear and sent me on emergency to see Dr Chang same day, I did not have to undergo full retina surgery and have my full sight today.

I have to say for Dr. Eugene Chang. He’s a very excellent surgeon. He knows what he’s doing very experience. He is very cautious with his patients and very concerned. I do have to say he’s a very stern doctor but that’s what we need that encouragement. Thank you for your hard work, Dr Cheng, I almost lost my eyesight, and for him I am very grateful, wherever he goes, will follow that shows he’s a very excellent and experienced doctor
