I have no doubts about the good quality of the health professionals in Sibia, but the methods for us to be attended by phone, whether it is to obtain an appointment or for any other procedure, are exhausting and abusive. In addition, the staff is racist. Latino patients are served poorly or not at all. They tell you they will call you back and they don't. I have had to go to the lake worth office to schedule an appointment because I have tried two days by phone and I was never attended. For any simple process, this institute forces us to make multiple visits. Cataract surgery takes months of visits. It seems to me that this is a very rude way of taking our money.

Dr Logani is the very best at what he does. My husband and I have seen Dr.Logani for many years. I was recommended to Dr Logani by another Dr. who saw something in my left eye. The Dr that recommended Dr Logani was a top Beverly Hills eye Dr. He told us Dr Logani was the best in his field and boy was he right. Dr. Logani repaired a pin hole in my retina over 20 years ago. He did a wonderful job and made it really a pleasant experience as he has a very friendly personality.I was not afraid. He has helped us throughout the years. Yes, there is a wait . We rather relax talk to other patients some who are very ill. Dr Logani treats everyone. There are many top specialist who refuse to take Medicare. Not Dr Logani. I will wait for the best and be glad I found this treasure of a Dr in the Valley helping so many people see. Carl & Esther Belknap

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at Eye Care Express! The entire staff was friendly, professional, and so kind from the moment I walked in until the end of my visit. Dr. Skyler Lind was incredibly patient, thorough, and caring, taking the time to explain everything and making sure the exam was done with great attention to detail. The prices are very reasonable and affordable for everyone, and the eye exam itself was extremely detailed and professional for such a fair cost. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for honest, warm, and truly professional eye care! 👓💙

I visited the Riverside location and staff was amazing! The first time one staff member was super patient with me and showed me all my options and unlocked all the glasses I wanted to try. I didn’t grab her name. When I returned to my scheduled appointment Xochitl helped me out and she was amazing! She was very patient and helped me figure out all my financial options. Would definitely recommend their location!
