I would love to recognize the ladies working today! I wish I had got their names. I went in and there was an issue with my insurance. My new insurance was not in effect until January. However, I knew I had insurance prior. I didn’t have my card as my purse was stolen a month ago with my insurance cards in there. But, the ladies were gracious enough to look me up. All I knew was the old insurance name I had. They tried a few times and I didn’t come up. They asked me to come back in January. I received a call a minute later telling me they found me! They were so helpful! I was so happy they found me and grateful they took the time to search. The Doctor was very personable and answered my questions. The whole experience was so great! So great in fact that it didn’t hurt one bit purchasing my new frames even though they cost a pretty penny! Had everyone not been great I think I would’ve bought glasses I didn’t like. Thank you!

Dr Wu and her optical staff were so through. From start to finish. My exam and retinal scan were so quick, and moved quickly in to see Dr Wu. She explained everything to me very clear so that I could understand. And then my selection of frames and the explanation of picking what lenses would suit me best. What a great experience. Thank you

She is great! She cares about you feeling comfortable with the lenses your getting. She answers every question as complete as possible and as understandable as possible. She listens and tries to address every concern that you have. She is quick, but thorough.

They never answer the phones! I was waiting for 45 mins one day and I finally am fed up! I put a complaint through my insurance because I have a chalazion on my eye that needs to removed and they don’t answer to make an appointment. Honestly get a better phone system or new staff that know how to answer phones. The first time I called to make an appointment I pressed the extension for the surgery scheduler and she booked me and gave me an excuse that “they were short staffed”. When I went into my first appointment the phone was ringing and they were answering. At this point I will take my business else where with more professionalism.
