Had a wonderful experience! The staff are friendly and helpful and my exam was thorough and pleasant. It can be difficult to pick out new frames, but Alex was right there to assist and made it a breeze to find frames that are just right! Very happy - highly recommend!!

My first time here for an appt and had to wait 1 1/2 hours to be seen. I was apologized to and told it isn’t the norm. Picked up my glasses and immediately said they don’t fit. After several halfway attempts for a few seconds to adjust in front of me, I left and they still slide down my face as I knew and said they would. Uncomfortable fit. Teach your staff how to properly adjust eyewear. Completely unacceptable.

Getting SMILE Laser Surgery performed by Dr. Ashraf is one of the best decisions I've made. I had high nearsightedness (~ -7.00) and astigmatism for both eyes, however, after the surgery, my vision are spectacularly improved and I can see clearly without glasses (nearly 20/20). The surgery only took up to 10 minutes for both eyes, and the burning pain only lasted for one hour after the anesthesia wear off in my case. Not only I am very pleased with the surgery's outcome but also the friendliness of Dr. Ashraf and the staffs, they made me feel like home! Dr. Ashraf is a professional, he knows exactly what he is doing, and by looking at his performance, I have no anxiety when laying on the surgical table. My friend also got the same surgery performed by Dr. Ashraf as mine last year and his vision are always clear and stable. TLDR: Great SMILE Laser surgery result, professional doctor and nice staffs. Best doctor's office I've been in my life.

Very sophisticated equipment but the staff, from assistants to Dr. Hoffman are bound to insist on cataracts surgery to all patients. They were pushy in that regard.

Technology was great. The lady who checks you in for an eye exam was doing her job as daily repetition, I felt like I was just another person. I would recommend that she improves her customer service skills and be more personable. She is the first contact and made me feel like I made a bad decision coming to Pearl Vision. The Optometrist and sales associate were very nice!

Dr E is great! I love his positive energy and enthusiasm for his work. I feel very well taken care of and trust in the care he gives me.

We've been going to Dr. Clark for several years and always find him friendly and professional and receive thorough eye exams. Patty, his assistant, is also friendly and helpful. We have recommended Dr. Clark to a number of friends.

The exam was very thorough and complete. The front office is a complete mess. When I went to pick up my glasses, the associate is rummaging through various drawers looking for them. The first order was wrong- reading glasses were made in place of distance glasses and each time I went into the store, the associate would spend 10 minutes looking for something on a tablet. Really lousy experience.

Dr. Vu made me feel incredibly comfortable. She was very knowledgeable, she also made me confident that I was making the right choices for my eye health and that I should make my eye health a top priority. Thank you Dr. Vu for a great check up.

Really great place to get an eye exam. I have a pretty busy schedule and was in and out in under an hour! Staff is friendly as well, would recommend.
