They never answer the phone, l was waiting for 40 minutes and l had to hang.

Amazing Experience!!! I purchased prescription sunglasses from them and I couldn’t be Happier. They offer many styles from different brands at such a great price. They offer many different payment methods as well and the best part is that it took like a day and half for me to receive them. I purchased them on Monday and I was able to pick them up on Wednesday. Definitely planning on getting a second pair very soon.

I highly recommend this place. The staff was very friendly. I recently broke my glasses and needed a new pair as soon as possible. Compared to other places, this store's prices are very reasonable and I can't believe how fast I received my glasses. Thank you for the fast service!

I visited the Riverside location and staff was amazing! The first time one staff member was super patient with me and showed me all my options and unlocked all the glasses I wanted to try. I didn’t grab her name. When I returned to my scheduled appointment Xochitl helped me out and she was amazing! She was very patient and helped me figure out all my financial options. Would definitely recommend their location!

I was absolutely blown away by the customer service I received my most recent time going to America's Best. The staff were warm, accommodating, and patient. When we sat down to calculate costs, Carlos was incredibly helpful in finding my vision plan even though I did not have my insurance card on me! My glasses were also ready only a few days after my visit!

Always a pleasant experience coming here. But today Carlos really helped me out, he made some quick phone calls, looked up some information and had me out of there in no time. He was super friendly and made my appointment early the very next day. Thank you Carlos!
