Dr Salib and his team are very thorough and knowledgeable. They explain everything and take the time to make sure I have a good understanding of any procedures and all the results of tests. They are always patient with all my questions and I feel very respected. The staff are outstanding and I am always impressed with the professionalism of every single member of the team!

I had a great experience seeing Dr. Tran at Dallas Eyes Now. The office was busy with a lot of patients, but I’ve never felt rushed at any time. She took her time with me through the entire process, was very patient with me during the eye exam with and without my contact lens, she discussed with me several treatment options that we may need to consider in the future in terms of my eyes, and was overall thorough, and answered every one of my questions. We even looked at photos of my retina and optic nerve, which I have never been done before at any other eye doctor. I would definitely recommend Dr. Tran to anyone who needs an eye exam!! The bonus was how helpful Miss Ella was at the front desk! She was kind to every patient and multi-tasked phenomenally!

Frankie and Taylor are amazing! I came asking if they had any accessories for my Oakley’s. My nose piece had fallen off on the left side awhile back ago. I have been searching everywhere for quite some time. They were able to find a pair in gray for me AND at no charge! I was so happy to wear my favorite pair of sunglasses again! The absolute WORST! The list of problems is so lengthy that I don't think I can document each one of them here. The worst part was not telling me to not bend over at the waist after the surgery. Which I did, and I got a huge blood blister on my eye. As if that wasn't bad enough, when I went to the doctor the next day to tell him he said he does a lot of hand holding there. The doctor who performed the surgery told me that most people who come in there have dementia. I got the impression that they really don't care about elderly people because they're going to die soon anyway. I was billed incorrectly because the billing department, probably consisting of one person, made a mistake and did not request an approval for the surgery beforehand so my insurance did not cover. When I asked what happened the lady told me that they made a mistake, and people make mistakes, and that's how we get better is by learning from our mistakes. I asked her if there was anything I could do and she said there was nothing I could do about it. The last, of many, complaints I had was that it's a brand new office and they're training people. I do not suggest you go to this place. I can't urge you strongly enough.

Excellent experience. Dr Ervin was thorough, understanding and explained everything clearly. The office staff were super awesome and on task. This is definitely the place to go for all your eye care needs.

I highly recommend Illinois Eye Center for all your eye care needs and purchasing glasses. All the optometrists and ophthalmologists are great. Caring and thorough. Sometimes there’s a little wait, but it’s worth it. When you get your new prescription, the choices of frames is incredible, at all three offices. The girls in optical are so helpful. It’s easy to make appointments around everyone’s busy schedule and with a choice of three locations, you can always get an appointment that is convenient to where you live.
