No offense to the helpful staff. The testing area was late 90's . I was a client from a year before. And even then I felt ripped off. If you can, just get your prescription and run. It would be your best option because the prices for the frames is cheaper online.

Adore this place - if I hadn't moved, I'd happily return every year. Great service, no one tries to push products on you, and they're extremely down-to-earth about your concerns.

Doctor is fantastic. I've been seeing him since I was a little girl due to my terrible eyesight. He really helped me out and helped me see a lot better. Staff is also really friendly and helpful! They run smoothly and treat their patients with a lot of care. I recommend this place a lot!

Clint Tran is a rude trashy person. Watch out for him. This arrogant piece of garbage is the lowest of the low.

I've been coming here for over 20 years and it's over of the most friendly and personable places that you can find to get your eye care done. I take my entire family here for eye checkups and get new glasses. Their frame selection is varied and I would like to see more choices available but if you know what look you are going for you can show them and they can find something similar or order it for you. You can drop in and get your glasses adjusted or fixed. The staff is one of the greatest assets to this place and they are so friendly and know how to take care of you. The doctors are super nice as well and will take care of your eyes and suggest what you need.

I went in for a repair, staff was very helpful and quick. They have an awesome selection of glasses. It feels like the staff went above and beyond for my broken frames.

I’ve been a longtime patient of Dr. Keswani’s and West County Optometry. Dr. Keswani is friendly and professional and the staff are also always welcoming and nice. Most of the staff have been there for years which I think speaks highly of how Dr. Keswani and the other optometrists run the practice. They have a great selection of eyewear and often have great sales and discounts. They’ve replaced the nose pads on my glasses and adjusted the fit for free - weeks after I had initially bought them. My glasses/contacts orders almost always come quicker than expected. I highly recommend them!

Consistently horrible service from this location and full store. The vision center closed at 6pm, although the sign says 7, and the posted hours say 8pm. My child's glasses have been held hostage at this center since last week, as each time I stop by the center is closed (despite the posted hours). Really disgusting, and store employees/customer service cannot help. Management (pictured with back turned) refused to look at me in the face (too busy with stuffed animals) or address my concerns. My daughter has suffered from low vision in school because of this delay. Never again.

I have purchased multiple pairs of glasses from this location and have always had a positive experience! Friendly staff and my glasses have always turned out great. Highly recommended.
