Extremely nice staff, but unfortunately due to communication issues you will be waiting for your prescription for weeks/months. I have to constantly call to check in to see if they arrive and days will pass my prescription will be there and no one calls. Very highly unsatisfied. Should of stocked with Walmart. Not worth the hassle.

The team at Your Eyes always does a great job with helping me pick out frames and making sure everything is correct with the prescription. They have a good selection of frames to choose from.

I had a great experience. Doctors are very knowledgeable and friendly. All the assistants are great very helpful. A good selection of glasses as well that are very reasonably priced.

I’m a local NP. I know a professional, expert physician when I meet one, and Dr Conrad is definitely in that category! She is efficient, forthcoming, intelligent, kind and an expert in her field.

I have been a patient of Hindola Konrad M.D. for around 17 years. I was diagnosed with Graves’ Disease and had a bulging eye. I felt like I was in the best hands from the first day I met Dr. Konrad. She was always so kind and took the time out to talk to me. As time went by she even gave me the courage and strength to stop smoking. That alone was amazing. Dr. Konrad is a true professional who cares for her patients. She is very intelligent, has a lot of patience with a great bedside manner, and she will never let you feel like your office visit was rushed. She is definitely a people person. Dr. Konrad and her assistant Kaitlyn work so well together…they are like the Dynamic Duo! Dr. Konrad’s appointments are timed where you never have to wait. There have been times where she greeted me in the waiting room and brought me in as I also saw her do with other patients. (I personally felt like a celebrity when she did that. - 😂) I would highly recommend Dr. Konrad to whomever is looking for the best Oculoplastic Surgeon, Ophthalmologist. Check out her website to see all that she does. By the way, my eye does not bulge anymore and I’m doing great! Dr. Hindola Konrad will always be “My Favorite Doctor.”

This is not a review of Dr Konrad but her office. I scheduled an appointment a couple of weeks ago, read my insurance over the phone to the office and went in today. When I got there the office told me they had no record of my call and they didn’t take my insurance. I understand mistakes but this was frustrating cause I needed to see the doctor. Back up square one. If making an appointment with this office make sure you double check

I am so impressed with the care that I received with Dr Koyfman and his staff. I have been struggling to get perfect vision before and Dr Koyfman changed my contact lenses and improved my vision 100 percent. No previous doctor has been able to do that. I highly recommend him

I had an appointment with Dr. Koyfman, who took over the practice from the doctor I began seeing when I started needing glasses and contacts about 5 years ago. This year, we have had some extensive medical bills and have wiped out our HSA, so I was concerned about the cost of my year supply of contacts. Dr. Koyfman was extremely thourough in my exam, explained things to me that had never been explained before and gave me options (including getting monthly contacts instead of dailies, which is far more economical). He also showed me that my prescription hadn't really changed in 2 years, so I didn't need new glasses. The previous doctor had charged me to replace lenses both of the past two years and for the most expensive contacts (telling me this was what I needed). In general, this year will be less than half the cost and I feel like I got a better exam at a price I can work with during this stressful year!

Dr. Vlad and his office were very thorough and friendly. My only request is that they had been a little more upfront regarding contact fitting fees. Seems like everyone is charging this now and insurances should be picking up some of this costs. That said they have been fantastic about getting me into new lenses.
