I'm deeply disappointed. My father went in for his eye exam and arrived just 9 minutes late due to traffic. However, he was told he wouldn't be attended to because of his tardiness. After insisting, the staff agreed to see him. His appointment was at 3:20, but he didn't get attended to until 5 pm. Following the eye exam, the doctor informed him that she couldn't provide a prescription and recommended seeing a specialist. Unfortunately, we didn't receive the referral until two days later.
It's unjust that we received disrespectful treatment for being just 9 minutes late but then had to wait over an hour to be seen. The lack of professionalism is evident. We won't be returning.

Fantastic office staff. Super friendly, and got me in the same day for an emergency. Dr. G was very personable and took her time explaining everything to me. Perfect experience

On a snowy morning, I was warmly greeted by the office staff member, completed my paperwork and was taken in for the preliminary tests for my annual exam in a timely fashion. I was informed every step of the way of each test.
Then the Doctor took her time checking every aspect of my eyes with recommendations for my good eye health.
There was an issue on my end with my insurance. I was professionally assisted and directed. The situation was resolved.
I highly recommend the Newtown office of MyEyeDr staff, facility and overall experience. I will return for my next annual visit. Well done…

Outstanding eye care group.
Thorough, detailed exams.
Always patient-centric.
Eyeglass prescriptions are filled with the best lenses that are presently available on the market.
They are willing and able to work with you to create whatever type of lenses you might need- I now have sunglasses and regular prescription glasses that work superbly for both golf and the piano.
Exemplary group of professional eye care specialists. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Outstanding overall experience with CT Eye Care. Small town personal practice you don't get with the big box Optical stores. Amy is especially helpful, making the whole process painless. Outstanding service of your frames, lenses, adjusting, repairing, or modify to suit. Amy has the skill-set to make it happen. I received many complements on my frames that I received at CT Eye Care. Dr. Nguyen is super detailed and equipped state of the art instruments with Stellar staff I highly recommend them.

Terrible customer service Dr.Way awesome been with him 20yrs. He sold to corp My Eye Doc its like buying a car getting in the box with finance guy and getting screwed over. I tell them listen I want the same extras I have always had over the the past 20yrs nothing more nothing less. I get my glasses and wear them couple days I have a headache. My eyes hurt from the sun light. I check they are not transitions. I call play telehpone tag for several days. I get Deborah I believe see says no problem we will get new lèns but you have to pay for the transitions part. I was wait I/my inaurance paid you and you were informed what I wanted from Beging but you messed up my order. I asked are you taking any responsibility for this and she say we will order new lenses but you have to pay for the transition part. I asked to speak to someone else or Dr Way and she said he dont own this business you speak to me do you want the transitions or not if you do you have to pay for the transitions. I know that the lens cost about 9 dollars to make. I know someone who does lensses. She was rude and very stren and kept saying if you want them you have to pay transitions cost. I said this is unprofessional and asked is this the stance you are taking. She says I am very professional and yes this is what stance we are taking she absolutely refused to let me speak to someone else and I asked if the call was recorded. I got a yes I said good then know this when done me, my wife, my son, my daughter will be taking our business elsewhere. Deborah said thats fine are you paying or not. I paid the money but my entìre family will be going to another eye doctor in addition my wifes friend and her family areo leaving them because of them treating her the same way.Terrible customer service, as a small business I have eaten dirt a couple times because something was not done right. My company

Honestly better than Park Ln .Here they schedule quickly, also offer free coffee variety kind and tea yes! Variety of frames plan cover it. Very educated personal my surprise with the family today! Good job.

I was five minutes late and called. The would not work with me. Just canceled. They don't care. There are much better places to go than this. Just saying.

I am76 year old male wearing glasses since I was 18 months .Dr Reynolds is the best eye Dr I have gone to.I just had cataract surgery in both eyes.I can see without glasses for the first time in my lifeExcellent doctor explaining everything he did and very patient.

Over an hour wait and no help. Long wait to get appt. and didn’t mention needing a ride so no treatment. Waste of my time. Unhappy patients there. Office run down. (For family member)
