Really bad experience, got there to my appointment early they take me to the consultation room to wait for the doctor but before the doctors gets there the receptionist comes in to tell me I have to wear a mask even though she was not even wearing one ask me to go buy one at the pharmacy or get one from the car because they didn't provide them. They never told me that was still a requirement in their office. When the doctor was doing the test to get my prescription wearing the mask was fogging up the lens but he continued to do it like that 3 weeks later I got my glasses and I can see a lot better without them. I'm giving one star because I can't give zero

The new optical manager Mari took very good care of my glasses. They where tweaked and I thought they were beyond repair. Thank you mari for your care and dedication to helping me fix my glasses :)

I have been going to the vision center for over 5 years. I have purchased glasses for myself and my child. I have always encountered excellent customer service. I have questions and they take the time to respond to me and teach me about the difference in products. If you want great customer service and save up to half the cost or more, compared to if you go somewhere else, this is your place. Marcella is great and if she is unable to assist you, her fellow co workers can assist you. They are a wonderful group of people.

The manager is one of the most spectacular people I have met! I've gotten a lot of my glasses from here and they all have turned out wonderful! Highly recommended and if you need need any help definitely ask for Jody, she is so professional and paitent and answered all my questions to a T!
