Victoria was amazing. She was able to help me find lenses that suited me better than what I chose. All of the staff at Target optical were wonderful and took time with me to make sure I was satisfied with the frames I selected. I will definitely continue to come here.

My aunt came in for her eye exam with Dr. Lam which went very smoothly. She was able to get glasses right after which was convenient and Victoria was able to go through all the options with her and gave her amazing customer service!

My experience was superb. Dr. Bui and Iris the new manger took great care of me. As I was looking at glasses everyone was very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable while making different choices.Thanks target optical for such a great experience.

I will not be coming back here. They cancelled my appointment last minute when I was already in the parking lot. They finally called back to reschedule A week later. Lastly it’s been 5 weeks and still haven’t received my glasses!

Was in yesterday with broken glasses, turns out not from Costco as I had thought. Regardless they cleaned and fixed them for free with a smile. As these were old I shopped a new pair and found all kinds of cool designer frames at expected low Costco prices. My previous 3 glasses from them were all excellent and so I will definitely be returning regardless of my insurance plan which still costs me more after the deductible than Costco! If you have vision insurance use it for the exam, get the prescription and then go to Costco.
