My first impression was a friendly and courteous staff. That was just the start. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I appreciated that they treated me very well even though I was not a candidate for Lasik. They did not "TRY" to sell me something i did not need.

Just called office and spoke with someone at the deck. I was asking for my medical records to be sent to a new Dr. so I wouldn’t have to pay the $150.00 “facility fee”. As soon as she found out I wanted my records she became rude and disrespectful. I have been seeing Dr. Oberfeld and before him Dr. Markowitz for over 20 years. I am no young kid and I have never been spoken to like this at a Cleveland Clinic facility. If I had any doubts about changing doctors I don’t now. This women needs some education before she chases off other patients. I’d just get rid of her.

Dr. Pham is AMAZING!!! I had a droopy eyelid and I was considering upper eyelid surgery b/c I’m 50. However, she suggested IPL , for my dry eyes, and after almost 1 year they both look and feel amazing 10/10 recommend.

The doctor was very polite and appeared competent. I fully appreciate he didn't blame all my issues on my disease, and brush me off. He also seemed to have experience with people with MS, and that makes a difference to me. Also, ALL the employees were very polite, and helpful. Not to mention kind. I will be resuming all my eyecare there. I'd talk about a clean neat office, having worked in healthcare this is usually important to me, but I honestly wasn't seeing at my best. The office location is very easy to find and parking was easy.

I hurt my eye really badly, and Dr. Elliot was kind enough to explain everything and treat me. They're great :)

Elida is the best, bilingual, very caring person who will take care of all your needs. I highly recommend this place to anyone that needs any type of work done or a new pair of glasses. 10/10

Excellent service! Everyone we dealt with was personable, professional and friendly and the atmosphere was really nice. As long as this place is run like this I can't see any reason to go anywhere else. Thanks!

I originally went to Advanced Rockford Eye Care to get an exam and new glasses, as a first time patient. I was planning on purchasing glasses and prescription sunglasses. I was not happy with the service they provided and ended up only purchasing glasses, which I feel were a little expensive. I decided to obtain my prescription and go elsewhere for my sunglasses and ended up at the Meijer in Machesney Park. From the moment I walked into the optical center I felt welcomed by Katherine, who was already helping someone. When she was finished she welcomed me to look around and even was giving me feedback on different styles I was trying on. The whole process from start to finish was completely unexpected but absolutely appreciated. Katherine was very personable and made the whole process an enjoyable one. I will be coming back to Meijer Optical in Machesney Park from now on. Thanks Katherine!
