Was in yesterday with broken glasses, turns out not from Costco as I had thought. Regardless they cleaned and fixed them for free with a smile. As these were old I shopped a new pair and found all kinds of cool designer frames at expected low Costco prices. My previous 3 glasses from them were all excellent and so I will definitely be returning regardless of my insurance plan which still costs me more after the deductible than Costco! If you have vision insurance use it for the exam, get the prescription and then go to Costco.

Called the optometry office to get a quote on an eye exam. The lady (not the doctor) was very rude and refused to give me any idea of pricing at the optometry center. All other optometry offices I have called have had no problem issuing me a quote and are transparent about their pricing.

Was helped by Joseph and ordered contacts for me and my husband. He was so helpful and patient. I think I will be getting my eyes checked here if the optometrist is half as nice as Joseph is! Excellent customer service!!!!

I saw Dr. Marquez recently for an annual eye exam because I was noticing changes in my vision. She was super kind and very helpful! Her eye exams are very thorough and the information she provides is like no other. I would 100% recommend her as an optometrist. I will definitely be seeing her yearly from now on.

Dr. Ruth Márquez was great! She was extremely kind and welcoming. I came to her for an exam and everything went smoothly. She had great recommendations for after care that I still use to this day. I would definitely come back to her.

In the +30 years that I have been wearing glasses and contact lenses, Dr. Pascual at the Statham Blvd, Oxnard, CA location is the most professional Optometrist I have ever seen. Dr. Pascual is attentive and communicates the details of the examination in a way that I completely understood. She answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. For the first time in years, I am finally wearing a prescription contact lens that I am able to see beautifully far and near. Above Dr. Pascual's professionalism and strengths as a great doctor, she demonstrates kindness, compassion and a genuine concern for her patients. If only all doctors could show the same heart in doing their job that Dr. Pascual shows. Truly a brilliant doctor and wonderful, kind person. Thank you, Dr. Pascual

I been a patient of Dr. Wolf for over 40 years off and on. I have had other eye doctors in the past and Dr. Wolf by far is the best. Very professional and really listens to his patients not only a great Dr. but his also a genuine good person.

Dr. Wolf is an outstanding optometrist. He is very caring and very professional. I do not hesitate to recommend my family or friends to his practice. The office staff is also very caring And listens to the needs of the patients. As a healthcare provider myself I would not hesitate to refer any of my patients to this practice.

I have not had a chance to meet Dr. Wolf but I can tell you the receptionist is extremely rude and ugly on the phone. I asked if they take medical and she said no and i said thats ok, how much is it if I pay cash for a visit? She litetally said to me it would be illegal to take you? First of all Julie, if I choose to pay cash for a Dr. Visit it does not matter what my insurance is. Its irrelevant. She discriminates and should absolutley be fired. She is rude and abrasive. I would be embaressed to have her representing any front office.

Had a very pleasant eye exam with dr. Karen, the one takeaway I have after leaving was how extremely thorough she was, along with her detailed explanations and that she spent a generous amount of time making sure I understood issues that I may have.
