Great place to go they take good care of you even go out of there way to make sure you get the best service I would recommend everyone to come here don’t doubt there service they even teach you a thing or two about your eyes don’t wait schedule now Ps I scheduled for a later day and had forgot that I’m a week earlier and luckily they weren’t so busy that they were able to accommodate me in there convenience

Went here after a bad experience elsewhere and Cheryl went above and beyond to help me get my contacts. All staff members are friendly and wonderful, clean facility. Highly recommend!

Had a fairly pleasant visit and my eyes were scanned fairly quickly and all the staff were informative on explaining everything and answering any questions I had. From what I can tell though there are only 3 doctors which explains why I had to wait an hour after my scans to have my examination explained. Dr. Dong Yang was great to hear from even only briefly and you could tell she enjoys her work as she seemed enthusiastic or passionate about explaining everything to me.

First eye surgery done today (second in two weeks) and the whole experience was very pleasant. Staff was very attentive and friendly, treated me as if I was their only patient. As a plus the place is beautiful and very clean. Came home with clear instructions as of what to expect and what to do and not do. Definitely one of the best practices around.

I recently picked up my new glasses at the cane bay office and was more than happy. The staff are very professional and friendly and my glasses are excellent. After a very disappointing experience with another provider, Low Country Eyecare in Cane Bay was such a wonderful change. I will definitely be going back.

I've going to Dr. Kiyan's for extended wear contact lenses for more than 30 years. He is the only doctor who could fit the lenses . I wouldn't go anywhere else. He is the very best!

Listen, when I say I never thought I could love and eye doctors office.. this place is amazing!! Everyone in this office is super helpful, super friendly!!! If I could give it more stars I def would!! Love the doctor, love the front desk staff, love the back office staff. I literally can’t explain how happy I am with my services today!! This place is ridiculous. I suffered from mastoiditis and was hospitalized for it and was seen by this facility afterwards by dr Susan to make sure the infection in my head was gone. The doctor that seen me first at this facility did her tests and said there was still fluid left over and I needed surgery. The surgery was scheduled and I went to the surgery appointment and Dr Fredrick Gall was the dr that was supposed to perform the surgery. He came in the room not even knowing what was going on asking me. He then proceeded to look in my ear and say I don’t have any fluid left in my head. When I questioned him about the prior diagnosis from the same office with the prior doctor he said she doesn’t know what she is talking about and that he has 30 years on her. Very inappropriate and unprofessional and when it was all said and done it was a waste of time and money

I have had nothing but good experiences with Dr. DeNiro. She is attentive, responsive, and knowledgeable. It is a busy office and so sometimes there is a wait, but I have always been fit in when there has been a problem. She did cataract surgery for me and the results have been very good. I would highly recommend her.

The front desk is welcoming and efficient, and the doctor takes time to patiently answer all questions and concerns. Appointments are well organized and run on time.
