This lady was very unfriendly and in professional 100/00.she was rude and did not give me a proper eye exam.She also says she is closed on Sundays and Wednesdays but was closed on a Tuesday.Had me go to her office to find it closed.She is juggling being a Optometrist / Secretary very unorganized could never find me file.Do Ur selves a favor and find another Optometrist.She is horrible.

I am extremely grateful to Dr. Morales and his staff! My surgery went great and I highly recommend for any eye related issues. He and the staff were very kind, answered all of my questions clearly, and were very helpful at every turn. I really enjoyed my visit and he is very good at what he does!

Our visit to his clinic pushes me to write this review. It was an excellent visit. Dr. Morales has very good knowledge of what he does. He treated my relative very very well. He explained us everything clearly. Plus thing, their staff is also amazing, qualifies to have five stars. We enjoyed the visit and I highly recommend others to have Dr. Morales for any eye related problems.

I highly recommend Dr Morales especially if you have high anxiety when visiting a doctor's office like I do. The staff is friendly and professional. Dr Morales is patient, kind, makes you feel comfortable and takes the time to listen to your concerns. He's especially great at explaining processes and procedures and answering questions.

I was losing vision in my right eye. I almost did not pass my driving license vision test. Dr Wu and is staff are awesome! After receiving treatment, within 4 days, my eyesight is at least 50% better! I thought there wasn't much hope but now I'm grateful that there is hope, that my eyesight is better and going to continue to get better. I'm very grateful for Dr Wu and his staff. Thank you!

The office runs efficiently and the staff are very professional. The doctor explains the eye issue thoroughly and offers options with likely outcomes of each option and even stated that, in my case, he recommends just continuing to monitor my eye instead of having surgery. I travel 30 miles to come to this doctor since I feel confident in the care being given.

Dr. Shaffer is great. Very informative, educated and professional. My children and I have been coming here for over 5 years. We commute over 20 miles from home to our appointments each year. Not at all expensive with our VSP insurance plan. Staff are very sweet. Wouldn't want to think about having to find someone else.

I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Shaffer's office! The girls up front, Elizabeth and Irene, were very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Shaffer himself was very kind and thorough and made getting my eyes looked at a pleasant experience. Highly recommend!!

Was referred by my doctor. Called as a new patient and put on hold many times and then hung up on. Last try and got a hold of the front desk to try and set up an appmt. Was fiddling through insurance info and talking with my spouse with regards to information they needed and literally heard a click from their end. Got so upset, found another doctor! Guess they don't want my business and they don't need new patients? The front desk is the heart of any business and these doctors should know better or maybe not. 🤔
