They sell fake designer glasses please be aware. When I called to let them know that my Tom Ford glasses weren't authentic they laughed and offered me an authenticity card like that would make a difference. I'm going to call my insurance company to file a claim and receive my money back. SMH I thought because it's located on city line that it would be creditable. HUGE MISTAKE. BE AWARE. I posted up a picture of authentic glasses on the website VS the ones they gave me. How dare they!

What a wonderful staff and exam! I was given options and explanations for my eye care that had never been brought up by previous eye specialist facilities. So refreshing to be seen as a partner in my care by Dr. M. Bowden. Highly recommend.

I would give 0 stars if I could. First off, trying to make an appointment is IMPOSSIBLE. Either the phone rings and rings and rings or you’re kept on hold for an hour. When you finally get someone, she sounds like she could care less about her job. I gave all of my insurance information and confirmed my appointment. Fast forward to my appointment, I show up at the office a half hour before since I was a new patient to find out my appointment was cancelled without my knowledge!! & to top it off the receptionist called the “coordinator” & she lied through her teeth claiming she called me twice and left me two messages to tell me my appointment was cancelled. I never got any sort of call, email, text, nothing. They couldn’t do anything for me besides offer some careless “sorry you’re frustrated”. Absolute waste of time, save yourself and find a professional establishment.

The exam and visit was great but today I called up there to check on my glasses and the lady on the phone was snappy and claimed that my glasses only became avalible today and that she just forgot to call me to pick them up but if I could be there in 15 minutes I was welcome to pick them up!!! Very rude and I am not happy at all now I have to spend the weekend not being able to see because she FORGOT TO DO HER JOB!! I understand I am a medicade customer so I'm not top priority but still I deserve the same reverance paying customers get!! Thanks a lot!!!!!

Dr Dauhajre is the best opthamologist I’ve gone to. She goes straight to the problem and fixes it. Everyone around me had cateract surgery with her and said she is a miracle worker. I think one woman started praying for her in the waiting room. She has a huge Hispanic population that goes to her and they all really respect her.

The eye doctor is really nice but the receptionist is super rude. I went in to pick up my glasses because they called me yesterday saying they were ready and that he would be there from 12 pm - 5 pm. I went in today before 5 pm and he had left early and I asked the receptionist and she answered me in a really really rude way never again going there.

The doctor has always been very nice, and the place is consistently clean, which I appreciate. Today Alondra helped us with our order for new glasses, and she was great. Since my insurance is honestly the worst, I had to pay out of pocket for both frames and lenses. But they really worked with me — they offered 50% off the lenses and 30% off the frames, which helped more than anything. Grateful for the kindness and the effort to make it affordable.

The service provided to patients who are there is great. Staff is friendly and will answer questions you have. My issues with this place is one, they dont tell you when ordering your glasses if they are on back order. Then two, they rarely answer there phone and dont respond to voicemails. They said the standard turn around time.for glasses was 3 weeks. No issue, I get it. 3 weeks went by and I called for an update. Twice I got no answer and left voicemails both times. 3 days later, I get a text message saying our glasses arrived. When I arrived, only one of my two pairs arrived and the only pair for my wife. The lady at the front wasnt sure on any information regarding my glasses, and said she would have the person who runs the vlasses portion call me the next day. Understandable, if your not involved with that side of things beyond retrieving them when customers arrive. Another two days go by and I have no call from this person. I then call only to halear the voicemail tone. Annoyed and knowing they dont return them, I decided to keep calling until they answered. After a third time they finally do, and I explain my needs. The lady then goes to find out my glasses were on backorder and the frames jjst arrived today. They will call when they get an update. A week later, i get a message saying my "portal" was updated. I attemped to log on, having never made an account before. I follow the prompts and the emails do not work for logging on or creating an account. I then proceed to try to call and ask if the glasses arrived. Well, as you can guess, no one will answer the phone.

All of the staff and optometrist are phenomenal! They are super personable and make you feel comfortable and well supported.

Great visit for my annual eye exam. The front desk staff was welcoming and the entire staff was very nice and informative the entire time. I really enjoyed this visit compared to other offices because Dr. Hong took the time to explain the results. You can tell that she really cares. Definitely making this my new eye doctor.
