My Renta detached February 8 2020 had emergency surgery then took the silicone oil out 11 months later then 3 months later had cataract surgery then couple of months later doctor had to Lazer scar tissue then they canceled my appointment but night before got automated call reminding me the appointment but no call of cancelation .then they didn't bother to tell me they didn't except my insurance anymore. Not patients friendly

Wow it's unavailable the time wait at this place:( my mom had an appointment at 2:45 PM and was seen and was seen about 1 1/2 hour later. Anyone that has to wait more than 1/2 hour to be seen the place is doing something wrong. This place has to stop scheduling more appointments than what they can handle. That is poor practice and poor customer service. Do not come here you will be disappointed with the waiting time. As I am writing this we are still waiting coming up 2 hour wait. What a shame this place is.

My mother had treatment, he gave her wrong treatment rather than sending us to specialist. She had several issues with that eye and other complications too

Where do I even begin… One star is generous. This is the worst medical experience ever. Extremely unprofessional staff. They do not communicate with one another, let alone the patient. They rescheduled an eye surgery THREE times. The first reschedule we were never even notified. Keep in mind it is a surgery therefore time was taken off work for myself and the person caring for me. Every single appointment ran well over an hour late. Finally, on the day of the surgery, which took months to get situated, three different staff members contacted us, all with different instructions AND different surgery times. Two hours waiting time every time you have appointment. Waiting on the doctor to see you. Most of the time the doctor isn’t even there but they still set you up for appointment. If you have two hours to spare out of your busy schedule this is the place for you.

Receptionist were very nice, however waited almost 3 hours. It’s horrible that people are here for so long. Why schedule so many people at a time if they are short staffed. Not professional at all.

Dr Lam and Dr Bui are both amazing! They are extremely friendly and know how to make their patients feel comfortable. I highly recommend Target Optical of Oxnard and these Doctors. PS, they will price match to costco for contacts which makes it very affordable too!

I have glaucoma with vision loss and I don't trust my vision with just anyone. Dr Lam is thorough up to date and ready to explain what you want to know about the health of your eyes and vision . Very personable. Thank you Dr Lam
