We were helped very quickly and the staff was especially helpful and friendly. I was especially impressed with the doctor who was knowledgeable and took plenty of time to explain everything going on and what he planned to do. My sister is neurodivergent and felt completely safe in his hands. I will recommend this facility to everyone.

Everything I experienced was professional. Staff very helpful and smooth in what they did. Very nice.
Doctor was calm and assuring. Explained everything and answered all my questions and concerns.

I recently met with Dr. Austin for the first time as a new patient with dry eyes. He is very knowledgeable and took the TIME to really explain everything that is going on with my eyes and why he ran the tests he did. We also had an open dialogue about potential treatments and why they could be beneficial. I will definitely be seeing Dr. Austin again. I’ve only seen him once so far but I certainly hope my next experience will be just as good

DR. Austin Optometry is excellent. His staff is efficient, polite, and knowledgeable. More importantly, Dr. Austin is outstanding in his field. I’ve been going there for over eight years. Before DR. Austin, I had several doctors tell me I was unable to wear contacts. Dr. Austin fit me in Contacts, and I’ve been wearing them ever since, and now I will go nowhere else.

Dr. Austin is the only doctor to provide any real solutions for my severe dry eyes. My quality of life is so much better after seeing him! I have Sjogrens and struggled with constant pain and inflammation and I am happy to say it’s resolved. He looks at every possible factor that could contribute to dry eyes and leaves no stone unturned in combatting the issue.

I don't know who is giving these reviews, but they can't be real customers. It took me 6 months, three extra eye exams, 2 with my own opthomologist and 1 with their Dr. THEN WHEN I finally did get my glasses, one of the lenses kept faling out! So I take them in a 4th time to get them fixed, the gentleman informs me that there is a clip that's broken so he can't fix them!! To his credit, he ordered me a brand new pair of frames and lenses free of charge. However, I am still left with no glasses and have to wait for 2 more weeks with no way to see to drive at night or be able to see distance!!
So they finally text me and say they are in and they are open until 7pm. I work until 6pm in Newport Beach and I live in Orange. That's 15 miles in traffic, almost killing myself to get there by 7pm, only to find out that they close at 5:30pm!!!!

This store ( in Orange, on Tustin) is the worst! I paid almost $500 out of pocket. You would think there would be some type of customer service! Some people have to work 9 hrs a day. At least be open til 8pm one night a week for those people that work further than 5 min from home.
Lastly update your automatic text messages and website to give acurate information!

Awesome, easy place to get glasses especially within a budget. Lewis has been helping me out with a few wear and tears with my glasses. Thank you sir and have a great one.

Been coming here for years to get my eye exams done and service has always been great. Doctor is very knowledgeable and also addresses any concerns you may have. Price for eye exam is also great.

The staff at America's Best on Tustin Avenue in Orange, California were fantastic from the moment I walked into the store to the moment I left. Maribel took the initiative to approach me for assistance and guidance. She showed tremendous professionalism and knowledge. The young lady at the front desk was also very helpful in getting me started, looking for material, which I purchased that day. Thank you and I look forward to a long customer/America's Best relationship.

The staffs are friendly enough and they deserve one star for that, but their skills and knowledge are lacking. The technician bent the screw on purpose to make the lense stay fit into the frame. (see picture) Also the frames are not in good quality. It's only been about 8 months and the paint on the frame has already starting to peel off (see pictures) and it's not because I abuse my glasses. I have been wearing glasses for the last 36 years, and I take excellent care of my glasses. My frames often last 10 years or more, and this is the first time I encounter paint peel off in less than a year.
