I recently went in for a adjustment on glasses I've owned from the company since 2019 and put new lenses in elsewhere and Maribel was happy to help me. She remembered me from the Santa Ana office and was just a pleasure to work with. I'm so happy she was promoted and I was able to see her again as a store manager great move 👍 thank you Mari for the service!!

They moved to a new location. Very spacious. The Staff have always greeted you with a warm welcome. They make you feel comfortable and well cared for. A recommend.

If I can give this place a zero I would. The receptionist has a horrible attitude nasty customer service. Second time there, yup! I returned thinking the first time around this chick just had a bad day. To my surprise she was still mean and not polity at all. Was giving me attitude after they told me it took my too long to pick up my glasses and they had stold them. A d I wasn't going to get my $75 payment back. I never received a phone call and I forgot about them since I was going to use those glasses as a spare pair. It would have been nice for them to call me and refresh my memory. Any ways I will never be returning there. When you walk in prepare your self to receive nothing but attitude! Zero stars from me!!

I had an excellent experience at Jackman Optometry. Prior to my appointment, the office sent me an email with a variety of glasses to review. I was able to select five glasses to review when I was searching for the appropriate replacement glasses. The examination was thorough and exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Jackman Optometry to anyone in need of optical care.

I can only say good things about Jackman Optometry. Dr. Jackman has a great "Eye side" manor. I appreciate the way she will take the time in measuring my sight just so I can continue my day, work, and life. Her staff is awesome too. Her optitition took her time the get the precise measurements. I will always recommend Jackman Optometry!

Just had my 3rd visit to Dr Jackman’s Optometry and I have to say that I am so happy that I switched optometrists. The staff and Dr Jackman are so thorough every visit and really treat their customers with utmost care! I highly recommend Dr J and her staff to care for your eyes!

My Husband and I have been patients of Dr. Salib’s for over 15 years. He and his staff are friendly, professional, thorough, and compassionate. They take the necessary time needed to explain examination results, and in my case, Dr. Salib will explain what to expect during and after cataract surgery.

Dr Salib and his team are very thorough and knowledgeable. They explain everything and take the time to make sure I have a good understanding of any procedures and all the results of tests. They are always patient with all my questions and I feel very respected. The staff are outstanding and I am always impressed with the professionalism of every single member of the team!
