I came to Focal Point Optometry for my yearly check up and I just have to say the staff and the doctor are so thorough and helpful! I was referred to this location by Natalia last year and she and the staff made such a great impression on me that I knew I just had to come back. Dr. Char was great, very patient with all my questions and concerns. Ryan who checked me out, was also very sweet, and even gave me a free lenses cleaner, that was a nice little gift. Overall I recommend this office, the staff makes the checking in, the exam procedure, and checking out so easy!

I had a great visit with Focal Point Optometry today. The Doctor and staff are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They got my new prescription figured out and helped me pick out new frames, no fuss, no muss. I would gladly recommend Focal Point Optometry in Orange to anyone who wears glasses or just wants to get their eyes checked. 😊

The girl at the desk was nice I spent 1 hour getting my exam, and never got my glasses. I was told that they did not have enough time to order either one as they were closing for vacation per phone conversation 3 weeks later. No receipt saying I was credited to my insurance company. Basically, I wasted my time, and probably my insurance for the next 2 years will be used for the exam she did, keeping me from getting the glasses I so desperately needed and stull do. Thanks Terry

Going to Terry was and still is a nightmare. I have not received my prescription for the eye test like she said she would since after my test 3 weeks later she was all of a sudden going on vacation!!. The sad part is Terry did the eye appointment and then backed out of her obligation for my glasses and left me with a 2 year wait for insurance to kick in again. Looks like she had done it to someone else at the other eye max. Why would she take time to do my eye test to fit me for frames, tell me I had to get whatever is available at the store, then have the front desk call me 3 weeks later and say she cannot do my prescription? This is not professional nor accepted as a doctor's way of treating a patient. Oh and by the way, my fiance paid more than half for his eye glasses and was told to pick them up on 3 occasions. SHE SAID SHE WOULD MEET HIM AT THE STORE THE FIRST PART OF AUGUST, AND AGI. ON TWO OTHER OCCASIOÑS, NO GLASSES OR MOÑEY RETURNED AS OF TODAY THE 10TH OF NOVEMBER!! I would not recommend this company or doctor to anyone. And by the way we are still waiting for our items after over 4 months!

This company has avoided both myself and my fiance,. They were on vacation and never took care of our needs after4.5 months. We are taking other routes to report this eye max on the grounds of neglect and fraud by lying to stall receiving our glasses and recieipts of proof that our insurance company was not charged for a visit that was never filled. This place should not be in business do to the inconsistent help and the rights of the clients to receive their goods and or information how to complete our examination in a business like manner! What a waist of time!

Who knew getting your eyes checked would be such a great experience! Dr. Pop is genuinely a compassionate OD. He took the time to get to know me, to explain results, and make a plan going forward. He even hung out while we were choosing frames. He and his team are outstanding, cheerful, and very helpful. I felt very much at ease establishing care with his office. The office is outfitted with current technology and he had the answers we needed so we can develop a plan for next steps. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Pop and his team for optometry.

Dr. Adrian Pop is an excellent Doctor in Optometry! His outstanding professional care, patience, kindness, and thoughtfulness, and all of his personnel, made my experience in his office a very unique and pleasant one. It has been a blessing for me to know Dr Pop and to be under his excellent medical care. I'm very happy with my new glasses! Dr. Pop made sure they not only help me to see better, but also to treat my neurological problems. -I've never had this kind of neurolenses before! I'm very grateful! I don't have enough words to thank Dr Pop, Gloria, Janette, Vio, Florina and Olivia for their valuable help and kindness. All of them made me feel very welcome from the very beginning. I highly recommend Dr. Adrian Pop!

I love this office! Dr. Pop is a great diagnostician, i’ve been seeing him for 5 years! He always prescribes the right prescription for my eyes, explains my benefits and always takes his time to answer any question i have! My husband got the neurolenses and our life is better! The headaches are gone, no more tired eyes or any kind of sensitivity. I have to say it’s worth every penny!
