Very professional and very friendly. From the receptionist to the doctor to the optical gals, they're all super nice and very welcoming. When I went back for my final fitting and to pick up my glasses and sunglasses I was finished in 15 minutes. Awesome job!

The Dr was so sweet and made me feel very comfortable! Helped me get contacts very easily and front office staff helped me access my INS info. Amazing quick easy process :)

i take my mom to her appointments & this was one of them. Mom's mobility is that she is in a wheelchair & getting to do certain test were difficult. This ofc does not accommodate for people in wheelchairs or other special need individuals. As long as this certain population of individuals has been coming. Certain accommodations should have taken place. If they are willing to take the money from this group of people, they should be able to accommodate them as well. Ok let's talk about the wait time. Dr Gannaway comes in & will put people in one ofc to another to wait & wait. if it wasn't for my mom needing to get her drops i would have left the ofc some time ago. we have waited in his ofc coming in at 9:45 & to leave at 2pm which is totally ridiculous. I will not recommend seeing this doctor at all unless u want to wait for long periods of time.

Fabulous staff. Dr. Makkouk is very down to earth and easy to talk to. The whole procedure was detailed beautifully, presented personally and genuinely caring and thorough.

I'd like to start by saying my family has been seeing Dr Stratton for a few years. She is extremely nice and professional and I would recommend going to her. However, I had an eye emergency during her vacation and had to see a different doctor in her office. Well, talk about an entirely different experience. Dr. Rich would not listen to anything I had to say about my injury/infection and apparently decided that it was allergies. I tried multiple times over 2 visits to explain how it started and progressed but she just wouldn't listen. I was not getting better and actually parts were getting worse. So, I went to a different practice yesterday (4 weeks after 2nd visit to Dr Rich). I hadn't been there before but am now moving my whole family there. The new doctor sat down with me and listened while I explained in detail how this started, how it progressed and what treatments I had sought and taken. Then he was able to pinpoint exactly what happened, how it affected my eyes, how to properly treat it and hopefully prevent it in the future. Dr. Rich wasted my time, my money and possibly longer term difficulty with my eyes. So, while I can recommend Dr Stratton, I do not recommend seeing Dr Rich. Listening to your patients is absolutely key to good medical care and she did not demonstrate the ability or willingness to do this during two separate visits.

Amazing place. Very caring and understanding individuals. Dr. Jose Payan is an incredible eye doctor. Very down to earth and does not mind educating his patients during the treatment process. I wish I would’ve taken a picture of my eyes before & after my infection. Finding a trusty eye doctor or eye care center can be difficult, so I truly feel blessed that I stumbled upon this place. I will recommend this place to anyone. You can tell how much they care about the work they do, and I hope each employee there knows how appreciated they are.

SOOOOO FAKE ! FAKE BRAND NAMES AND CHEESY TALKS !!! EVERYTHING IS OVERPRICED EVEN LENSES, COM' N WE'RE NOT ON 5th AVENUE !!! THE OWNER WILL TRY TO DECIEVE YOU BY SMILING AND JOKING ALL THE TIME. FAAAKES PLEASE WATCH OUT GUYS !!!

Dr. Casey Is a very professional specialist, with a gentle spirit. Excellent bedside manners. As, I stated to him I had fear of the surgery that i must have, but with his grace of experience, he removed the fear. I have worn glasses since the age around 9 years old, Always eyes very sensitive. Very important to trust your Doctor. I respect his time, talent and substance. Peace and Love to All Cynthia

This has been my optometrist for 7years! I’ve always received great care! I’ve gotten glasses and been fitted for contacts here. When my glasses broke I was able to call and purchase contacts until I could either replace my glasses or buy more contacts.

I don’t recommend anyone to go with this doctor she is so rude
