Awesome experience, can’t believe it was as simple as it was. In and out and seeing better than 20/20 vision just the next day. The staff was extremely friendly, Maricela in the Ontario facility when I did my consult was very helpful and answered all my questions. When I showed up in Huntington Beach the day of my surgery all the staff was very friendly and answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. Then my follow up in Pasadena was quick and easy. Staff was also truly friendly and helpful. Thank you!!

Went to the Wal-Mart Vision Center to buy a pair of glasses. Walked in and was greeted by a gentleman named Jose. Very friendly and helpful and polite. I like when I buy glasses that I get an opinion on my choices which he gave his on the three that I choice. The price was affordable that I could purchase sunglasses for driving. He picked out one that I ended up buying it also. I will go back again there because of his treatment of me. When I went back to get them he was there, but the lady who helped was just as friendly and helpful also. The area is very clean and such a good amount of glass frames to choose from.

My daughter has always been very picky with people and her eyes, we went in and the Manager Kim and Lindsay were in i think the other gal was Sandra. Anyhow they were all so great with my daughter, patient and more attentive then i have had with y daughter. Thank you Kim, thank you Lindsay and Sandra i hope this is your name! I will recommend all moms your way!

Had a great experience with Grecia! She was very helpful with assisting me pick out my locs. When I picked them up, Sandra and Jose were so friendly. I'll be back in for my next pair soon

Great staff and Dr Mann really makes it a pleasant experience. He's very nice and just has very lovely attitude. I've been coming here since I was 13 (38 now but different Drs back then) and now I bring my kids here as well. I've never had an issue or bad moment here. Highly recommend.

The doctors are very thorough. I feel verycomfortable there. Every staff member I have met or delt with are all amazing. Great people. It’s important that the first face you see when entering a business is kind and helpful…. Simpson/Mann has an awesome staff… ALL of them.
