You have to come here! The customer service was above and beyond thank you Colleen you were so kind to me. She found me the most perfect glasses for my face, eyes, and hair. I have never experienced this level of service! I will be back now year after year!

Extremely convenient, I was able to make a list minute appointment right across the street from work. Dr Ries was very thorough and kind and accommodated me when I mistakenly threw out my contacts. Katherine and Lisa took care of me after the exam and helped me pick the best free sunglasses. They are a great team, down to earth and friendly!

Dr. Bokosky has provided excellent care for me for over ten years . He gave me my eyesight back with two cornea transplants. I highly recommend him.

The best healthcare professional I have ever experienced.

Was an hour late at this location. There is parking for 1-2 handicap vehicles. Parking at for all IU medical locations here is horrible. The cancer center claims to have valet parking, but, I have never seen it in operation.

One of the worst customer services at least on the phone. The operator seems to have no patience for hearing the other side of the phone! They should be properly trained.

Love Love Love this place!!!! The two ladies in the front are the greatest, know most everyone by name and are so loving to us and our children. And Dr.Ruiz, OMG love this man he's awesome and so very kind! You will get the good old fashion customer service here. Go, What are you waiting for???

Arrived Irving Mall at 10:00am which is Visionworks posted opening hours online. Only to find out that Irving Mall main doors do not open until 11:00am??? Called Visionworks inside the mall and a lovely employee named ERIKA opened the Mall door to allow us enter and assisted me and my husband with our glasses. Kudos to ERIKA who provided a service over and beyond her normal work hours and routine!!!! At this day and age we truly appreciate ERIKA’s dedication to customer service with a smile!!! Best eye doctor around. The doctor is super friendly, knowledgeable, and is very good at explaining things. The staff is also extremely friendly, helpful, and are clearly trying to do everything to make your time there pleasant and smooth. 6 stars out of 5!

I was seen within 2 days of my phone call; exceptional!. All of the staff were very pleasant to deal with. The front desk was especially helpful during the many times that I called. Thanks for that! The examination was very thorough and the explanation of my issue was very clear.
