Professional, kind and, courteous staff. Dr Mann gives each patient the time they need, never making you feel like you are being rushed through your exam. The office also has a large, current, and fashionable frame selection to choose from.

Their products have been a life changer, allowing me to go back to my normal life after dealing with dry eye. Customer service is great and the glasses are high quality. Highly recommend!

Daniel Hsu, the employee at that particular place, is remarkably supportive and impressive! When I reached out to them through their contact number, Daniel answered the call. He provided clear explanations without resorting to aggressive sales tactics. Instead, he genuinely sought to comprehend my concerns and presented excellent, cost-effective solutions. Moreover, he was completely transparent about everything. If you are contemplating Ziena glasses, I strongly recommend having a personal consultation with Daniel first, as his assistance was truly outstanding. I learned far more from him than I would have by visiting an optometrist.

Not only are the products amazing, but the customer service goes above and beyond. Initially, there was a mishap with the shipping but Larissa went above and beyond to help resolve the issue. I unexpectedly became extremely sick...eventually disabled, and throughout it all, Larissa was the kindest accommodating person ever. I literally received way better service than ever expected. The moisture chamber glasses are amazing. They really do keep your eyes moist and protect them from all sorts of debris. I love that the eye cups are removable in case you don't want them on for a certain time. I keep mine on all the time but being able to remove them also makes it easier to keep them clean. I have separate clear and gray lens glasses but am going to go back for the clear to dark grey shift glasses. This review was so long overdue! If you are hesitant, definitely just give it a go.

Had the pleasure of scheduling three exams in one day for my sons, and I. We had a great experience my sons said the doctor was awesome. My provider was amazing as well extremely engaged, and a great sense of humor. The staff at this location really professional polite will definitely come back as a repeat customer.

My eye exam was great. I had an eyeglass and contact lenses exam & really loved the service. The lady who did my eyeglass exam was very informative about what she was conducting on the exam when I asked. Dr. Lam is an awesome doctor who made me feel comfortable & even went over contact lenses that he thought would be a financially decision for me to select daily contacts since I seldom use contacts during the week so he advised that getting a set of good dailies would be the most practical since I rarely use them. He explained to me the life of contacts start once you open the contacts and the expiration date is different from when you open your contact lenses to use. The guy who helped me purchase my glasses was very helpful in explaining the new Transition lenses and which helped me select the type I wanted with ease. I definitely recommend getting an appointment at the Lens Crafters at the Ontario Mills shopping center. You won’t be sorry for coming.

My visit today was thorough and fast. I spent way less time in the office than I expected. All the staff was informative and very polite.

Kevin, the young man who prepped my appointment, was professional and personal at the same time. Dr. Sylvia Chang was excellent, thorough and professional explaining my eye issues. She also ended with answering any questions I had remaining. I highly recommend this team.

Took time with me to ensure I understood what was wrong with my eyes. Made sure my insurance covered what was being prescribed and when the co pay was too high, he found another med that would cost me less and do the same thing. Very knowledgeable and compassionate with patient.

The doctor was very helpful and generous. I am legally blind, and she took the time to lead me into the office. Explain to me where everything was. She was also very knowledgeable, and gave me all the information that I needed to make the best decision.
