Dr. Hoki and staff are staff are excellent practitioners. Everything is neat, clean and organized, taking extra precautions in sanitizing and hygiene. Dr. Hoki is a highly trained ophthalmologist with many years of education and surgeries to her credit.

Was recommended to Spectrum for LASIK by my eye doctor. After my consultation, my folder/results were forgotten about and put aside on a desk. No one followed up with me until I reached out 6 weeks later. There was miscommunication with the original quote and it was like pulling teeth to make an appointment for a later date. Poor customer service, not friendly and seemed very annoyed to help. A true disappointment. I ended up going somewhere else for LASIK due to my experience with Spectrum.

Really great service! Bought frames that didn’t fit right and they replaced it with another pair for free! Where else am I going to get that kind of service. Thanks Davidoff Optical, you made me a fan for life🙂 …

My first time to Regina Hall today was an urgent visit, and very pleasant. It’s an old building, very cool inside. The receptionist was warm and friendly when I checked in and out. The technician, Karen, was very efficient, polite and seemed very knowledgeable at her job. And the doctor was great, reassuring that I had no major issues, told me how to treat my symptoms and had me schedule a full eye exam which was available 2 months later, and 2 months earlier than another location could get me in.

Dr Spencer is extremely knowledgeable and professional, as well as being a compassionate, caring human being. Hard to find all of those qualities in a doctor these days. He has been taking excellent care of my eyes and preserving my precious eyesight for 35+ years. I have severe dry eye due to Sjögren’s disease and recently diagnosed with glaucoma. He always gives me much needed information and treatment options. I trust his guidance 100% and I highly recommend him. Not only does he have stellar skills as an eye care physician, he is surrounded by excellent office staff. He, and all of them, make you feel seen, heard and very fortunate to be in their expert care.

Required to sign a contract agreeing to come back a week later for a contact fit check and pay a healthy fee if not adhered to. I get what he is trying to accomplish but that should have been explained prior to scheduling an appt. Ended up wasting time.

Super friendly staff, accommodating and supportive. The three ladies I met were amazing, positive attitudes and positive vibes. Eye exam was quick but thorough, everyone was very respectful and helpful
