I went in for an eye exam only without vision insurance, they offer excellent services for their value! Scheduling and rescheduling is very easy. I was seen early and everyone involved was extremely professional, efficient, and kind. I've never been to an America's Best but I was very impressed by my experience here with Keith, Dr. Alyssa, and Joleen. Joleen even repaired my current glasses that were hanging by a thread (literally) to keep them together until my new glasses arrive. I move around quite a bit and may continue to look for America's Best if I need another prescription update in the future.

What an absolutely awesome experience it was!!! Phoenix and Wendy were both great to deal with!! Not only found what I was looking for but got a 2nd pair almost free!! I will not shop anywhere else for glasses!!! Thanks again Phoenix and Wendy!!! See you again for sure!!

My son was complaining of headaches so I went and got his eyes checked. They suggested glasses and after further discussion and testing he was a good candidate for vision therapy. Y’all I was skeptical, insurance doesn’t cover it and I never heard of it but it’s a GAME CHANGER! My 10 year old son was seeing double, multiple headaches, seemed clumsy in his movements and would get crazy car sick. After 6 months of vision therapy , there’s drastic improvement! He still gets occasional headaches , but we did a 12 hour drive and he had no issues. He asked to go to tennis camp and the teacher said his hand eye coordination was fabulous. I almost cried!! I didn’t realize my son barely had peripheral vision and now he’s being complimented! He said he can absolutely tell a difference. So worth it and his quality of life. Ally and Liz are geniuses who were so sweet and worked so well with my son. Biggest thank you

Mom has dementia, she is seeing double, and with her other health issues it was recommended she see an ophthalmologist, this center was referred to us, I called and was impressed that I could get Mom in on January 31. The appointment was 10 am. We got there before 10, but the appointment was over 2 hours. Seems this center likes to overbook patients and then have them wait depending on their arrival. If I’d know it would take so long, I would have showed up at 8 am and waited, like at the DMV. I was told over the phone 10 am was the opening time, but they didn’t make clear there were other patients scheduled at 10 and you have to ‘stand in line’ Not all of us have the time to sit in an office that long. Please be considerate of patients time, and what they have going on before and after their appointment. Moms eyesight was tested and all they could say was being her back if it gets worse. For that amount of time, I’ll go somewhere else.

This office is amazing, my child has done vision therapy sessions with Lauren and Darby, who are both wonderful, patient and caring; not to mention Dr Alyssa who is kind and warm, and Dr Dan, who always takes his time to ensure the most thorough examination. The support staff are friendly too. We drive 1 hour 30 min to see them and it's totally worth the journey. My child now sees better, is more confident, she loves going to Wow in Grand Rapids. Thank you to everyone at Wow for helping her improving vision. We would recommend this office without hesitation.

Very professional staff. Superb facility. Great communicators. Dr Rhem was pleasant, thorough, and informative. A great experience for me (evaluation for cataract surgery). Highly recommended.

Everybody was absolutely sweet and amazing EXCEPT Dr. Billings. He had my daughter throw out her lozenge and made her look at him when talking to him was completely rude and very unprofessional. And treated me like I was very stupid. If this is the way he is going to treat his patients he should just close his office because nobody deserves to be treated that way. I would not recommend this place to anybody. Even as a last resort.

Very glad I came here instead of a standard optometrist. Dr. Love has a lot of passion for helping others. Had I gone to a standard optometrist I wouldn't have known the issue was more than I initially anticipated. Thank you to Dr. Love and her wonderful team.

I am so happy I went to this location the doctor was great very informative and explained everything very well vs other places I have been . I am now making appointments for my daughter to be seen there as well . The staff was great and friendly. Just all around great experience.
