Professional, Dr Frenkel knows his stuff!!. Great support from his staff

Great experience from start to finish! The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. The office was clean and organized, and the appointment was quick and easy. I felt well taken care of and would definitely recommend this office to others.

I always love my experience with Dr Bailey. We have used him for years now and I am so impressed with the new technology, facility, and his demeanor. Would highly recommend. Also he is fantastic with my 6 year old son when he gets his eyes checked.

I brought my mother to see Dr Strecker for a checkup and mentioned an issue I was having with one eye. He took the time to see me (even though I did not have an appointment myself), and spent quite a bit of time examining me. It turns out he discovered a potentially serious problem with my retina. When I followed up with a retina specialist I was told that I was lucky to have seen Dr Strecker, since my issue was very difficult to detect and diagnose.

I was treated by Dr. Harry Loo for a Pterygium. I was seen promptly at my scheduled time and Dr. Loo was very thorough in his examination and he took the time to explain my condition and what caused my condition. He was generous enough with his time to provide helpful advice to prevent further damage. I came to Dr. Loo, because of his experience, I didn't care if he was nice or not, I just wanted an expert to look at my eyes; however, contrary to the reviews on here - everyone at his office was very friendly and extraordinarily quick. In all, I spent less than 45 minutes at the office. Lastly, I called around for prices before settling on Dr. Loo, and I found that his practice is the amongst the most experienced and reasonably priced ophthalmologist in the Simi Valley/ Thousand Oaks / Westlake area, even compared to others with much less experience. Based on my experience, I would certainly recommend Dr Harry Loo to my friends and family.

Dr. Galen Grayson and staff are wonderful people. I have no problem with them scheduling my appointments.

Been here in the past… called to ask a question and the receptionist hung up on me. Literally. I called back and spoke with the dr directly… poor attitude. I love my people but goodness…

The level of care that Dr. Fedders provides is beyond any other health care provider my entire family has! We have vision insurance through our work and although she does not take it, we still come to her regardless. She and her staff do a wonderful job of getting you in and making sure you feel like she is your next door neighbor! We will always come here and recommend everyone to her.

This office is highly professional. Hedi the office girl and all of the male staff helping Dr. Randall Are "Top notch" all of them are super friendly and well educated. Dr Randall is a great doctor and should be proud of his office. Mike

I felt very comfortable and secure at the One Day Surgery Center. Everyone was friendly and they informed me of each step of the procedure as the surgery progressed.
