Rude and snippy receptionist over the phone take your business elsewhere.

Extremely rude receptionist, but caring and friendly eye doctors.

My initial impression of this place was based off of a phone call made to me by the schedule person name Betty. This person lack professionalism. She was very aggressive, combative and unwelcoming. Due to her lack of professionalism, I questioned whether this was the place for me. What if this organization is just as unprofessional as Betty and impair my vision. However, I am glad that I did go to this appointment because they were so professional, kind, and welcoming; all the things that I wished for. Blake was amazing at calming my anxiety as he explained the process. The doctor was amazing in explaining my eye condition in layman‘s terms. I definitely would recommend going there and I will definitely return there based off of the warm, welcoming and pleasant atmosphere of that location. With that being said, I ask if you somehow receive an unprofessional call from Betty that you don’t judge the location based off her lack of professionalism, she definitely needs more training.

I have been going to this office for a very long time. The staff is always very kind and courteous. The doctor is super nice and genuinely concerned. They are never rushed. I am comfortable that they have my best interest/ vision at heart I would definitely recommend this business.

Had a wonderful experience at office. It is very big, clean and accommodating. I took my 96 year old grandma. They had chairs with arm rests to easily get up from (something my granny needs,) big spacious bathroom for walkers or wheelchairs. The staff was super friendly and the eye doctor was very knowledgeable, understanding and super helpful and sweet with my grandmother. I would definitely recommend this place

From the moment I walked in, everyone was cheerful and helpful. From the testing, to the doctor and the finance person, all gave me the info I needed and explained it so I could understand it. Turns out I wasn't a candidate for Lasyk but may get cataracts in the future. I enjoyed my visit very much!

The team here is incredible. I can’t begin to tell you how lovely the doctor and his assistant were to me. I feel so excited to be able to see better. It’s unexplainabl!

Probably the best experience I have ever had with a medical office. The staff is incredible! They are friendly, knowledgeable, and spend the time to thoroughly explain procedures. Jody went over my pre-op instructions and I can't say enough about how thorough she was. Dr. Phillips is going to perform my lens exchange surgery and he's the BEST in the business. I highly recommend Inland Eye Laser Center.

I have been to Inland Eye Specialist before for cataract surgery and came out with excellent vision and I went back for a ck up and the service was fantastic and everyone there were polite and professional. The nurse helped me understand what she was doing and Dr. Tee explained everything that he was doing and what I wanted to know in terms I could easily understand. I recommend them to anyone who needs great eye exam.

Got here 30 minutes early which was good to fill out all the paperwork. Lots of patients being seen in mid-morning so seating can get close with others. Semi quick seeing the doctor with all the patients being seen, but plenty helpful and cheerful nurses. Good doctor who can explain things clearly when my last at Walmart only confused me.

Hello everyone I highly recommend this office to take care of the two gifts God gave us eyes. The staff was so nice and doctor too. They explained everything what to expect and how much better I will see. Imagine looking through a glass of milk then look through a glass of water that's the difference these doctors make for our vision.
