Hello everyone I highly recommend this office to take care of the two gifts God gave us eyes. The staff was so nice and doctor too. They explained everything what to expect and how much better I will see. Imagine looking through a glass of milk then look through a glass of water that's the difference these doctors make for our vision.

My review is mixed due to today 10/27/23 is the first day that I got 5-star treatment and knowledge (remember this). I've been coming here for 4 years and my wife has come here longer than that. She referred me here because of the great eye examination. My first time here was great with Dr.Alex Tadros he explained everything very well and treated me well. but I'm not here for that my 2nd & 3rd time here was with Dr. Katie Elton she's amazing being that she had seen me twice in two years, I was amazed that she remembered me, and in my personal opinion I had extremely well service, from walking into the facility picking up my glasses (actually every time was great) This last time is what I'm here shout about. So my original exam was on 10/18/23 and I had an appointment this time I ended up getting Dr. Vernon Poole he was fantastic he explained things that I don't recall ever hearing before. I had ended up ordering new glasses Oakley's (again) because I like that they don't bend behind my ears. Now on to today 10/27/23 (the day of picking up my glasses) as I walk in and let the ladies know I'm here to pick up my new glasses. They tell have a seat and someone will be with me shortly. A few minutes go by and I'm called by Ms. Jennifer (Remember her name!!!) She took things to another level she provided me with exceptional experience. Let me explain. So I mentioned before that I wear Oakley glasses now I could've used my old pair and put new lenses in them but today Jennifer explained to me that I didn't and that I had previously ordered new ones. She tells me I have a two-year warranty on this 🤯 if anything is wrong just bring them back in.. So I'm like omg no one has EVER TOLD ME THIS BEFORE 🤔 I wonder why ?? Now my frame and lens are crizal lenses, transition lenses and some more stuff with frams (same as before ) they come to about $1000.00 after insurance I pray about half $500 something each time. So I ask Ms. Jennifer what about these ( my old pair ) and she checks and says yes they are under warranty we'll get you new frams and new lenses 🤯☠️ So I'm like great I can use these as my backup. (If someone would've explained that to me before I would've just used my warranty and got my new script in the old frames which would've new due to warranty and saved myself almost $600.00 😕🤨 OH and get my lens cleaner refilled again no one ever mentioned this to me. 🤨🤨🤔🤔 So this is a HUGE SHOUT OUT TO MS . JENNIFER who did her job exceptionally well and explained everything that I needed to know for my next visit I will definitely be using these current frames again. KUDOS 👏🏾 💐 🥳 again. Ms. Jennifer, I owe you lunch.

Was examined by an Ophthalmology student Joesph who was thorough, respectful, very professional. Followed up by Dr Evan’s who was also professional and accommodating. Have used this business since 2002 - always received excellent customer service.

If you are looking for an office that cares this is it! Their front office staff especially Shayna is top notch! They are super familiar with various insurances! They always do their best to get you the most with your benefits with the lowest out of pocket cost! The back office staff is trained in the latest tech and were able to catch an early change in my pediatric patients eye! This helped us to get ahead of any potential problems! We have never had an issue of a prescription being wrong which I cannot say for other offices! If you want to take your prescription outside of the office they are quick to provide you a copy or send to an online venue once the appropriate forms are completed! I cannot recommend this office enough!! Also a bonus? SATURDAY AND EVENING APPOINTMENTS!!

Nice location

Went to order glasses for my 5 year old. Service was great and it was BOGO, got 2 for $115. They let us try as many as we wanted and Lisa was nice. They have a great warranty also Hopefully they're ready before 2 weeks.

Very poor customer service. Waited 50 min just to pick up my glasses. Gave them my cell phone to call when glasses is ready. Never call me, but left message at home number that I no longer have. Next time I'll take my business somewhere else

Called in to verify hours and make appointment. Never got a call back but message said open until 5. I get there at 4 and the doctor has left for the day. Will have to find another doctor.

Advanced Vision was a wonderful experience for my 10 year old granddaughter. The advanced technology compared to our prior optometry center made her feel very comfortable for her images and eye tests. Dr. Trina took the time to explain what the images meant and explained the different options available for her vision type. We felt very comfortable with Dr. Trina's approach to try one item first before us proceeding to the second recommendation that she had given to be sure my granddaughter is comfortable with the new changes that were made. All staff that we worked with were very courteous and their facilities are top notch!

This was the 1st time I had been to Advanced Vision care. It was super nice inside, all brand new, very clean and organized, with a huge selection of glasses in a variety of brands. I tend to like more of the designer brands and they had exactly what I was looking for. My eye exam was pretty typical but also very thorough. The Dr was super nice, asked me lots of questions, made good recommendations on new contacts. I felt really great about my experience and will definitely be using them for my annual exams now. Thank you!

I've been going to Advanced Vision Care Optometry for the past few years. The staff and optometrists are always friendly and helpful. This time Dr. Shih was the optometrist who did my testing. She is very pleasant and reassuring. This is the place to go.
