Dr Ko was awesome. My first time getting an eye exam since I was in my teens and she was very helpful with the many questions I had. They are in the Kaiser building on the first floor, when you enter the building its the first room on the left and thats where you check in. You need an appointment for the exam but for getting the actual pair of glasses an appointment is not needed. Going today, can't wait to see better

First of all let me begin by saying this place is a mess and it looks like a day care in the parking lot and there is no parking because they are backed up and have everyone waiting outside. The receptionist can’t even book a proper appointment and when you confront them about their errors their response is “ Well I’m not going to argue with you about this”. Horrible customer service don’t waste your time coming here. It’s unfortunate because the doctors themselves are nice but the females in the front are incompetent for better lack of words. I agree with the older reviews they were great before they simply just lost it.

My wife and I were referred by a close friend. We decided to give the Optometric Center a try since I wasn't to pleased with the previous optometrist. Both the doctor and the staff were very pleasant and timely to work with. We received very thorough exams and the prescriptions for both of us worked out really well.

Will not recommend this place at all. My first reg vision pair was good. 2nd pair they couldnt match the sun glasses i bought. So i just took them with no fuzz. I went a 3rd time because we are all human and same thing they showed me some nice sun glasses with a blue tint to it. But guess what when i got them they were light gray. They pretty much said take them or take them. No options. The options where to lose money or pay more but will still not match. Last time i go there. I had also gotten some safety glasses here that where really uncortable. Please dont go to this place

Had an exam today and Dr Perez is great. Exam is done quick but in detail. Kathy was nice and helpful especially trying to find our insurance plan. The person doing the pretest was not so pleasant. She did not explain the pretest process nor mentioned when testing began or ended especially with the visual field. She seemed bothered when I asked if it had started. Her not explaining this results in "wrong results" as some clicks were for sure missed. I usually have trouble with NCT due to the air puff and usually blink. I KNOW I blinked bc of the mentioned and somehow she had results? makes me think she makes up numbers.

Both Costco optical and the independent eye clinic were very disappointing. When it came to the eye exam it was very difficult to get the type of glasses I wanted and the towards the end of the appointment I asked if I could get a final look at what my prescription was going to be and the receptionist said no because they were about to close. It’s understandable that they were about to close but the doctor had made changes to to the prescription so I just want to see if it was going to be able to see. Due to this, the new prescription came out wrong and I had to go back again to get it fixed which could have been avoided and saved the doctor, the optical area and myself time. The Costco optical area was worse. After having to get it fixed, the lady (Martha) made a very rude and unwarranted comment about my prescription in English because she thought I couldn’t understood. The Costco optical manager(Steve) just laughed off the comment which I found very disrespectful. I was never disrespectful even after the rude comment made and was overall disappointed with the type of people they have working there. In the end, the prescription still came out wrong and will have to go to another clinic. Although I know Costco won’t read this, I write so that others do not go and so they can avoid this horrible experience.

Awful. Scheduling is awful. She’s busy I get it, then hire someone else to help, or extend hours? I’ve waited an hour for a scheduled appointment. Honestly I 100% regret not going to Lens Crafters. UPDATE*** I returned twice since about 3 years. Personally they have improved a lot. The new optometrists are great, communication is great with them. Receptionists are great as well. I will definitely be returning for my contacts. I will advise if you have not experienced the same service, I would recommend Lens Crafters, however you probably will not be saving as much as you do when going to Costco. Obviously. Give Costco another try, third times the charm.

Trying the glasses were good. I was helped by a very friendly and professional employee. However, one young lady was just standing behind the counter people watching and posing. Very unprofessional. At first I thought she was a lost customer or visitor. I was told I would receive a text when my glasses came in but never did. I went in today and was told they came in 2 weeks ago. I checked and never received a text but I was told by the same unprofessional young lady that I did. I'm through with Target Optical. They never seem to disappoint.

Great people work there. Very knowledgeable and courteous. They got me the best deal with my budget. Staff and doctor made this a very enjoyable visit.
Every Review metters. See what people say about clinics.
