Been coming here for a few years now. Staff is friendly, office is clean, appointments have been easy to book, never experienced "over booking like many offices," and Dr. Kenneth is very thorough, honest and I really trust him with my vision. Both my husband and I are very satisfied with the service they offer.

Amazing, caring people in the office and Dr Kim saved my eyesight through an amazing, over-the-top effort.

I went to this doctor and the eye drops he promised would help within 15 days never worked. On top of that the eye drops were not covered by my medicare provider. I told Dr.Evans that my eyes started messing up after the Covid shots. He said, "No! It was caused by your age, forced air and the weather." I'm 65, I had never had any eye problems. At 50 I needed reading glasses. I lived in a house with no forced air. I golfed for 35 years in every kind of weather and never had watery eyes! I saw him a second time and he asked me when my dry eye syndrome started. I said, "well I had the Covid booster in.." He stopped me and said "never mind." He gave me 2 medications, one was a steroid. It did zero good. This doctor closed minded and will not listen to what you have to say. I do not know what to do from here, but I will never see him again!

Dr Fennema himself is great. I had my first appointment with him a few months ago. I was pleased so I decided to make appointments for my 3 daughters. I was told they can not see more then 2 family members in a day because I may cancel and that would leave the appointments unfilled. I am a busy single mom and also a Nurse. I don't have time to make multiple trips to take my girls for their routine check up. Its unfortunate because they just lots 3 new patients and myself.
