The front desk people are not getting paid enough. I dealt with the lady with the tattoos and the lady with the neat gold (i think) frame glasses and they wer ejust super helpful and nice and the docs there are cool and over all just a lovely experience overall at the Target optical today, and every other time I've been.

My eyeglasses nose piece fell off and I brought them into Target for repair. Zoe Martinez fixed them on the spot, looked them over for other loose screws and cleaned them. She was great!

I was initially very pleased with service at Target Optical. I ordered my glasses on September 12th and the young optician who helped me was wonderful. I believe his name was Chris, not 100% sure on that. Though the office was packed with clients and the optician was apparently the only one on duty, he remained calm, collected and able to help everyone. He did a real good job, told me my glasses would be ready in 3-4 weeks. I even got an AARP discount, so the price was pretty good too! Fast forward to today, 10/04/23. It hasn't been quite a month since I ordered, but figured I'd called to find out if my glasses might be ready. I really them and am struggling to make my current glasses work for me. No answer, I get rolled over to voicemail and the message states 'Please leave your message after the beep.' I started to leave a message but then it cut on me. I called three more times, same thing. At this point I'm not even sure anyone will hear my message because the voicemail doesn't say 'You've reached Target Optical' - I could be calling a random voicemail box for all I know. I decided to go to the store to check on my order - and my glasses were already there! I asked the optician on duty (and in training per her name tag) named Trisha when they arrived and she couldn't find that information. I would think that finding out when an order arrived would be a pretty basic thing to locate. So I got my glasses and went to shop in Target for some items. Not five minutes later, I received a text message from Target Optical saying my order is ready! Really?! Don't you get a prompt or Email, text or call once something has arrived, not when it has already been picked up! Not particularly happy about the follow through on the order and will question if it's worth going there the next time I need to order glasses.

Came here for a prescription on my contact lenses , they have great customer service all the ladies are friendly specially Amy she help me checked out... very helpfull. They have a membership plan of $109 for 3 years of eye exsams

The entire process could not have been easier. My eye examination was conducted on on time. The optometrist took the time to explain the entire exam to me. After the exam, it was time to select frames. I was assisted by Courtney. We found two frames that perfectly fit. The process could not have been easier. Courtney was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and patient during the process. It was a pleasurable experience. I would highly recommend America’s Best to anyone…

DAYSY was so amazing! My eyeglasses were missing a screw and she not only found one to fit my frame she went ABOVE and beyond to help me, so I could wear my glasses again. She also gave some valuable information on how to care for them. I’ve been wearing glasses all of my life and no one has ever passed those tips along… I am ever so grateful to her and America’s Best Menifee… wonderful kind caring staff. Thank you for all you do!

Mr Dominique was very professional and knowledgeable in serving me.
I love the way he acknowledged everyone that came through the door upon entry.
You should talk with your Temecula store next to Macy's they were not professional at all.

Lens crafters has always taken care of my lenses whether I purchased them here or not! Can you believe it? It's true. The service is excellent and the staff are friendly. They acknowledge you as soon as you walk in the door. The prices are worth the extra spending compared to the "other" places.

My very first visit. Staff was friendly. It was very busy and wait time was not too bad considering. In and out within an hour and 10 minutes.
Dr. Culotta did not make me feel rushed even though he was very busy.

I've been going to Retini Institute for about 4 years now. So very pleased with everyone. They are all very caring, efficient and know what they're doing. I feel very comfortable there, I also have a cousin with eye issues in Redondo Beach where she attends their offices. I couldn't be more pleased! xoxox
