I've been going to Retini Institute for about 4 years now. So very pleased with everyone. They are all very caring, efficient and know what they're doing. I feel very comfortable there, I also have a cousin with eye issues in Redondo Beach where she attends their offices. I couldn't be more pleased! xoxox

only issue was there is not adequate waiting room seating. We also overheard some people complaining about how hot it was in the office. Doctor and his staff were friendly and did the best they could at apologizing for our wait, thank you, Woodalls

My family and I absolutely love Dr. Walworth and his staff! Been going for years and Dr. Walworth has seen my kids grow up. He always took the time to check for and assure me that my kids didn’t inherit the eye diseases I’m suffering from. His staff is always amazing, going above and beyond to make sure all your needs are taken care of. My eye issues are pretty complicated because I’ve had a total of 8 surgeries stemming from Uveitis, glaucoma and cataracts from my early teenage years. My last recent surgery was a cornea transplant. As a result, it takes a lot of work to fit me into a pair of glasses that works for me. Dr. Walworth has the patience of a saint when checking for changes in my vision. My eyes are very sensitive to light, glare and adjustments. Dr. Walworth and his staff ALWAYS make sure to get the insurance to approve all the add ons for my new pair of glasses, which isn’t an easy thing to do but is so very much appreciated. I also REALLY APPRECIATE the fact that they exceeded all my expectations in ordering something out of the norm to enhance my new pair of glasses and bring more comfort to my eyes. Thank you, Cyndall, for taking the time right before Thanksgiving to make the changes to my glasses. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my new pair of glasses! God Bless you all!

Great place! Professional employees! Clean environment! They were swift with my appointment and timing, and very helpful and professional with service and answering my questions. Best of all I had my 4 month old daughter with me and she got very restless during my visit. Several of the employees kept reassuring me that she was fine (her intermittent cries were not a bother). They talked with her, smiled at her, and one very sweet lady even asked if she could hold her for me so I could finish up my appointment. This was above and beyond quality service! I greatly appreciate all of the men and women who helped me out today and a huge Thank You to that wonderful lady for helping me when I needed it most!

I loved my experience here. The front office was nostalgic, but the process and care was modern. I really enjoyed the blend of both. The glasses area to try on and purchase frames and lenses was a bit cramped, but that is the singular negative about this facility. 10/10; this is officially my new ophthalmologist. Looking forward to my next visit!

The visit went well, but I would say I didn't like being scolded for being on time. I was told I should have been there 15 minutes early even though I showed them the e-mail showed my apt time was 10:45 and I was there at 10:45. I was told that they told me over the phone to be there 15 mins before time, which that call was like three months ago when they called me to make this apt. The doctor and the assistant were very nice professionals and took care of me.

When I first arrived to the office at 8:50am to my 9 am scheduled appointment. The front receptionist asked for my name , I responded with my name and she immediately said “oh new patient you should have been here at 8:30am”. Continuing to tell me hurry and fill the first page of new patient forms so we can see you. I told her if someone would have informed me to come earlier I would have. She was not very greeting. My experience once I saw the tech and Dr was great ! Was given the opportunity to go over my concerns and examined me in a professional manner. Overall once I bypass the front office my experience was amazing!!

My experience was excellent. It was excellent because of Leah. Leah assisted with checking on my glasses. Her customer service was 5 stars. She was helpful, professional, and prompt. I felt comfortable and knew my glasses were in good hands.

Dr. Ulibarri treated me today. Before he even spoke with me I overheard him complaining about his previous patient. Then when he saw me, he told me I was wasting his time and needed to see the optometrist instead of him. He went on and on about it and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I’ve had extremely blurry vision and was referred by my primary care physician. I shouldn’t be treated like that and made to feel like I did something wrong. I have a very busy schedule too and I just wanted to get care so I can feel better. I had no idea I’d be leaving his office feeling so uncomfortable. Very unprofessional behavior.

I needed patient, understanding care; I was not coping with my problems. Everyone was living up to their name of " Professionals." I was unorganized and forgetting instructions and had to call back 8 to 10 times. They seemed happy to be helping me and were not in a hurry; always saying call me again if you need something else. After one call I felt like singing "... I can see clearly now the rain is gone, gone are the dark clouds..." That is a good feeling.
