My husband and I have been seeing Dr Fennema for probably 20 years! He's fantastic in every way, very friendly and engaging, and so knowledgeable. He's always had the very best staff members as well, across the board. From the minute we walk in until the minute we leave, we're treated with the utmost kindness and professionalism. We love them all!

Inland Eye specialists is just terrific. I just had my cataract surgery done and have had an excellent outcome. Their office in Murrieta is outstanding. Very professional, wait times are minimal. The operation went beautifully. I am truly impressed. I did my follow-up with Dr Fennema at Menifee Valley Optometry in Menifee. His follow-up is so thorough, he is so caring and makes you feel so comfortable. I absolutely love Dr Fennema

Dr. Fenemma and his staff are amazing! Friendly receptionist, friendly and professional staff, and Dr. Fenemma is so down to earth. We drive from Riverside and will stay with him until he retires.

The doctor was patient and kind. He explained everything well! Dominique the sales manager was a joy, so professional and treated my elderly mother so well! Suzy was helpful and efficient. Great service, will return!

After my first eye cataract replacement, I had an infrequent surgical complication (high ocular pressure) and ALL the staff was amazing in helping me over the several days post-surgery! I cannot say enough about how absolutely wonderful everyone was. They "held my hand" (so to speak) to make sure that I had everything I needed, and answered all my questions. They changed up my eye drop regime to bring the issue under control. It is now 6 days since this procedure and I am happy to report my eye is feeling normal. I'm excited to get the second eye done this coming week. Since we now know that I'm sensitive in this area, they've put some additional safeguards in place to minimize any similar reaction. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Assil and his entire staff!!! I would recommend them to everyone. Unforeseen surgical complications happen -- it's no one's fault -- and the way they all handled my situation makes me extremely comfortable in recommending them. Awesome doctors and staff!!!

Assil Eye Institute is best in class. I had refractive lens exchange procedure on September 25 of 2023 and I am extremely pleased with the results. Dr. Assil, Dr. Harris and everyone on their staff was very professional and responsive pre-op, operation and post op. Dr. Assil was a terrific communicator and I was completely at ease that I would receive the best possible care and results. I would highly recommend Assil Eye Institute to anyone with vision issues.

awful experience. tried to be new patient here. front desk is terrible... scheduled for 1:30... arrived to be told doc was still in surgery. but had patients waiting to see him from as early as 11:30 whom haven’t been seen yet. why’d no one call me to push back the appt..? told to wait over a hour and a half to possibly two hours lol wow... so this takes a full two hours to finally be seen. mind you this was for a possible eye ulcer (ophthalmology emergency) so i’m ready to complain to the doc how the front desk is awful and he ’s probably losing business. turns out it’s probably this guys fault. idk if it’s me or just him but he seemed very slow moving, as if he barely heard what i was saying, he was quite old but maybe his clients like him, who knows. still i realized i couldn’t tell him what was going on cause it would go in one ear out the other. no wonder... good luck to this place and it’s patients. definitely not going back.

Packed, 2+ hour wait time, 3 ppl in exam rooms, antiquated equipment. Horrible experience. 2min of the doctor actually with you and didn't diagnosis me properly went somewhere else for a second opinion and my eye's better now.
