Rockstar service. Visiting from AZ and had an issue with my glasses. Dr. Riedel was very helpful and listened to my issues. We need honest helpful optometrist like this in Scottsdale Arizona. Strongly recommend!

Micah Rothstein is the best in the business! He has helped me control my glaucoma for approximately 15 years. He is a fine man as well as doctor. I recommend him highly for trust and effectiveness!

Worst eye doctor I’ve ever been to! Be wary of this place and If you get a prescription from here and don’t feel like it is right, I highly advise getting a second opinion. My axis in my right eye was 177 on my last prescription 2 years ago (from a different eye doctor) and it’s always been around the 170’s my whole life. Well the prescription I got here had my right eye axis listed as 8 and my left eye 174. But I trusted the doctor and just ordered glasses that I have now wasted money on because I cannot see out of them correctly!!! How does an eye doctor mess up that badly on someone’s prescription!? It’s their one job! I was also given daily contacts to try on while in the office and 3 in a row literally broke off inside of my eye! Then the doctor looked around in my eye and said there were not any pieces left in there and my eye must just be irritated from putting in contacts so many times. But then later when I got home I pulled out a piece of contact that was still left in my eye!!! I am extremely freaked out by my experience here and I will never be going back!

Dr. Eklund was really nice and informative. I don't really care to go to eye exams but he made me really glad I did since it was a very nice experience. Emily took care of my frames and was incredibly sweet and patient with me while I took forever to pick my frames.

Long wait. Had to leave and come back another day because there were 10 patients waiting to see the doctor. Would've been a two hour wait. Second try, doctor finally saw me one hour after my appointment then left for 20 minutes to wait for my eyes to dilate. Dilating eyes does not take that long. Who has time for this?

After a horrible experience at lenscrafters at arrowhead, I went to America's best in Scottsdale. I had the best experience ever! everyone there was super helpful and friendly. I got a really nice pair of glasses and contacts for $400 with my insurance. Way better deal Than what LensCrafters was trying to push on me. I will always go back to America's Best.

I always get great care when I see Dr McDermott. Always thorough and listens to your issues and develops good solutions to my concerns. I recommend him to others for compete eye care.

It’s not hyperbole to say this is the worst vision practice I’ve ever been to. The first words Dr. Peabody said when he entered the exam room was “Your vision missed the mark.” I had to ask him to elaborate, and he became rather annoyed. My vision isn’t great, and I was expecting a bit more knowledge and professionalism. I wish I hadn’t wasted time filling out the medical history paperwork, which they sent me in the mail and clearly didn’t read. I have a complicated history with my eyesight, which I explained to the receptionist over the phone. She recommended Dr. Peabody, and he was a huge disappointment. The nurse was also incredibly unhelpful. They say they have an automated appointment reminder system, but I never got a reminder. Thank goodness I set one on my phone. It doesn’t take 20/20 vision to see that this practice is subpar. A horrendous experience.
