I didn’t like this place at all terrible service, I got here at 1 pm and they see my mother at 4 pm the doctor is rude it’s suffocating here with the dry air I don’t recommend comeing here

I have been coming to see Dr. Doss for over twenty years; so when I started noticing my vision was increasingly blurry and reading became difficult, I was relieved to know there was a solution. The office is beautiful, modern and efficient. The staff seem to really care about patients. the consult with Dr. Lauren Doss was very informative and thorough. I chose multifocal implants for both eyes, and it is life changing!!! I feel so much more independent. The surgery itself was done in the same office and was smooth and painless! I'm beyond impressed with the professionalism and attentive personalized care in the whole experience. Big thank you to each one of the staff that helped me through this. I cannot believe that my vision is better than it has ever been in my life and I am glasses free!!!

I was suffering from a stye that wouldn’t heal on its own. I called Alliance Eye Med Group and they saw me immediately. Dr. Doss removed the growth without issue. I couldn’t have asked for a more kind, thoughtful and professional doctor! In fact everyone at the office went the extra length to make me feel comfortable and looked after. When I needed the doctor on the weekend Luis reached out to her and I got that expert care once again. I highly recommend this place for anything eye related!

I have been a very satisfied patient of Dr. Philip Doss since his first day on the job many years ago. My eyes are the most precious of my senses; therefore, I expect -- and always receive -- excellence in eye care from Alliance Eye. Dr. Doss is assisted by a highly competent group of professionals and they all have earned the highest rating. I developed cataracts in both eyes and recently scheduled two surgeries with Dr. Lauren Doss. I was very impressed with the time she spent explaining and illustrating the delicate procedure. She did extensive prep to ensure that she selected the best possible implant for each eye. Both she and Dr. Philip Doss said I would see better after the surgeries than I have ever seen in my life. They were absolutely correct. Dr. Lauren Doss is an outstanding surgeon and practitioner, just like her father. She takes a personal interest in each patient and demands excellence from herself and her staff. Her results are exceptional. I am truly blessed to benefit from the expertise of this highly skilled physician.

I have been to quite a few different optometrists, and I have yet to find anyone as good as Dr. Cohen. She is very thorough, takes her time, and thoughtfully addresses all of my concerns. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable, she is also very kind with excellent bedside manner. I always look forward to visiting her. Eyesight is precious and I completely trust Dr. Cohen with mine.

Dr. Cohen has taken excellent care of my eyes for nearly a decade. She is knowledgeable, professional, and caring. I trust her to guide me towards the best decisions for my ocular health when I have an issue, and for routine checkups. As a provider of health services, I am discerning about my doctors. I have seen many optometrists over the years and Dr. Cohen is simply the best!

My appointment started on time, and I was greeted by Dr. Cohen. I don't think this could have gone any smoother, and efficiently. Her manner is professional yet warm, she explains all facets of the examination and asks VERY pertinent questions regarding health, something I haven't had from other opthamologist in the past. I believe the eyes are truly the window to overall health, and it's nice meeting a doctor who's practice puts those beliefs into play.

Amazing service. Staff was able to fit me in same day for an eye emergency. Everyone was kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. The exam was very quick and I am super grateful for the help. Will definitely see them again for my eyecare needs!

This is the most thorough eye examination I have experienced (and I have been very short-sighted since a young age, almost 40 years old and have lived in the U.K. as well as here in the U.S.!). The office is a very pleasant environment, front desk staff are friendly and helpful and I really cannot fault Dr. Melamed. He is such a nice guy who clearly cares about his patients and does an excellent job at explaining all aspects of the examination, as well as options available etc. He is relaxed and friendly, never rushes you if you have questions, and is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate in recommending him to others.

Can't say enough about the service and consideration of the staff at Melamed. I had to re-route a trip to come to LA for a family member's surgery. My toiletries, including my glasses and contacts, were in my checked bag that continued on to my original destination. I had one pair of contacts (dailies) and I was wearing them. I searched for optometrists by my brother's house in West Hollywood and came upon Melamed. I emailed them my prescription (legally blind and an astigmatism), and within several minutes they called back saying they had some contacts matching my prescription in stock. I walked a few blocks to the office and was greeted by a wonderful receptionist. When she handed me a 5-pack for each eye and said there wouldn't be a charge, I was floored. I tried to pay, and they said they were just glad they could help. They knew I was a little frazzled with the change in travel and my brother's surgery. Regardless, they went above and beyond what was expected. If I lived in the area, I would love to find a optometrist or any business that would treat a total stranger like this. Amazing guest service. I recommend other's to support this business. They obviously care about the community around them. Thank you, Melamed!

I love this place been coming here since 2012. It’s always easy to get an appointment right away and theyre even available on some Saturdays. The staff is friendly and offers great customer service. I love my optometrist shes the best! My glasses are always ready on time and if there is a delay they’ll let you know. Very grateful for their service! I’m very happy with my new pair of glasses. Their selection is always great & they take my insurance!
