I had the BEST experience at Professional Family Eye care and will be a long time patient. Amy and Dr. Theodoroff are kind, thorough and very knowledgeable - not at all like the "chain eye care centers." I'm new to the area and needed to establish an eye care center. Professional Family Eyecare staff helped make my experience fun, relaxing and comfortable. I recommend them to anyone seeking a new Optometrist or looking for a better one; you'll be happy you did!

My kids have been going here for two years and Dr Fawcett is always so happy and patient with them. It makes the experience go smooth and fast.

Everyone was welcoming and wonderful! I had some anxiety about being strapped down and they accommodated me and made sure they passed the info to all that would be involved. I was comfortable and very well cared for. Thank you!

Love the staff. Very informative. Does a great job explaining insurance coverage and explanation of benefits. Will work with my budget and still give me what I need in my glasses! Great clinic!

Dr. Telega is the best. She is competent and wonderful and I’ve been going to her for 5 years. The things I don’t like about the practice are the hours of operation is too limited, and my god are the glasses terrible and overpriced. It didn’t used to be this way. The quality and quantity of the frames has really dipped this past year. I liked being able to use it as a one stop shop but now I have to take the prescriptions elsewhere and order glasses.

The receptionist are top notch. Very respectful and informative. They are also pro law enforcement.

She has been consistently rude in every visit (6-7) I have been to. It is so unfortunate that doctors could become so egotistical, short-tempered, and out of touch with the society. I genuinely do not think if all the 5 stars reviews are real and unbiased.

I'm a new patient and what a great staff! Especially love Jami and Dr. Patel. Kind, thorough and joyful. Dr. Patel is very knowledge and asked me to tell her my concerns, and actually listened! Rare gem for sure in this practice.

I’ve been coming to this location for years and absolutely love Dr. Glass. Cathy was amazing! She helped me find the perfect glasses!

Dr. Bircher is outstanding. She is always very thorough and knowledgeable. Plan ahead as she books up quickly, but she is worth the wait.
