Dr. Kim goes above and beyond to help you understand what is going on with your eyes. If you need eye surgery look no further, she is an EXCELLENT surgeon!!! Her staff is very kind, efficient, and makes the check-in process easy.

Doctor is so professional and kind. First of all, she has a warm heart to patient. My experience was great. I'll recommend this hospital if someone need to take care of any eye problems. Definitely one of the best hospitals in LA.

I found this place through my insurance company and so glad I did. I was able to make an appointment easy and the eye doctor was super knowledgeable and informed me of what she was doing while i was there. It is like being helped by family. Great place!!! Thank you!

I rarely leave reviews, but I’ve been seeing Dr. Anita for 2.5 years and she’s great! She listens, doesn’t rush and recently referred me for Lasik surgery. The surgery went well, the doctor gave her a great review and a referral discount! Even when they weren’t even unpacked in the new space, Dr. Anita saw me. The office is extremely clean during COVID, so extra bonus points!

My experience was excellent! When I got there for my appointment, I was seen quickly and the appointment was handled very efficiently. After my appointment, Fred was great at helping me pick just the right frames. He offered just the right amount of suggestions without being domineering or distant. I was told it would take one week to get my frames and I got them in 4 days (they are obviously very good at setting expectations). I would highly recommend All Eyes Optometry. I recently had to return because my husband broke an arm on his glasses. Once again, Fred helped me and made me feel at home. I was told the new frames would take up to 10 days, but I received the new frames in 2 days. All Eyes Optometry really knows how to treat its customers. The frames are economical and the service is fantastic.

The doctor is very professional and respectful towards his patients! Unfortunately I cannot say the same about the front desk staff... :( they are very passive aggressive, and have poor communication skills. They greatly lack friendly social skills and don't know how to professionally help people!

These guys are shady as hell. They charged my insurance $150 for 3 boxes of 6 lenses but once I look up the prices online they're cheaper. Once I brought this up to their attention I was told that that what they charge. Definitely not coming to this place again. I could've had double the contacts for just a few bucks more.

The rudest workers ever ! i called to confirm my sons appointment, the lady said she could not confirm she's too busy at the moment. Just really rude attitude and in person even worse ! I recommend googling another clinic. Thank me later.

My experience has been great. I have had appointments at the Downtown office 3 times and appts have been handled in a timely minor. In November I had two appointments on the same day; one at 8:00am and the second one at 10:00am. I arrived to find out that my 8:00 was cancelled. They said they tried to reach me. I was prepared to wait 2 hours for my 10:00 appt, however Rebecca, the receptionist, worked it out and I was in and out by 10:00...yay. Rebecca made my day. :-)))
