I definitely don’t recommend this for smaller kids my son was referred to by his PCP and it was just a bad experience I understand everyone’s experience are different. The assistant of the dr is very rude raised her voice to my kid a couple times was very impatient when it was just us there. The doctor googled side effects of my child’s medication to see if that was something that was causing blindness right in front of me making me more uncomfortable. Then proceeded to point at something on a chart and tell me that his was slightly bigger than the normal person but to not worry like how am I not going to worry!? It seemed like the doctor himself didn’t even want to be there (the whole attitude was giving off an I meant if I have to do it vibe.) Took him to a different eye specialist and I mentioned this concern to the doctor about the area that was “bigger than most people” and said that that part of his eyes were fine and normal size… The only really good thing about there is the front desk lady.

Perfection.the wait was minimal. The woman who handled my eye tests, and gathered from me the information the doctor would need was as warm and soothing as well as supremely knowledgeable. And the Doctor gave me all of his attention without a hint of rush. Just good doctoring that left an old lady sure that she was in the best of hands. Lois Schroder

Been going to Dr Burnett for many many years. Excellent doctor who gives you all the time you need to clearly answer your questions. Rare indeed to have one so dedicated to your health.

I have been a patient here for many years, have brought my kids here and have experience with all of the doctors and staff. I can say that I have never had a bad experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. The doctors take time to explain things to you and help you make decisions about your care. Recently I had to bring my 2 year old grandson with me and the doctor allowed me to keep my grandson on my lap during the examination. Personalized care at its best. I highly recommend them to you!

I have been going to Encino Optometric Center for over 10 years. Dr Phoo is the best there is. He takes his time to perform a thorough barrage of tests. But before that, his assistants also perform perfunctory tests. As I age, I worry about deterioration in eyesight. Since I’ve been going to Dr Phoo, he has years of data on my eyes and sees trends that alert him for further tests and diagnosis. He has my utmost confidence. I am free to tell him anything and everything about my eyes. For example, I just finished my annual exam. I told him about a pasty film feeling I have in my right eye. Because he has history for me, he said that it’s a build up of cataracts but nothing to worry about. He will monitor it and let me know when I actually need to do something about it. His office has the latest diagnostic equipment. The coolest one he has is the one that takes pictures of your eye using different angles. He can tell from the size of the veins and spots in the pictures if you have good heart health m, high BP, diabetes, etc. The eyes are really the window to your well-being. I certainly can recommend Dr Phoo. Lastly, his office staff is the most courteous and accommodating medical staff I’ve ever dealt with - Giovanni, Caitlyn and Elba. They afford me time and information. They went above and beyond to schedule my wife’s exam also. 5 Diamond rating and 3 Michelin stars for Encino Optometric Center in Encino. Thanks to all of you at the office.

Waited 9 months to contact me by email to tell me i owed money when I called very rude and would not send itemized statement. I liked Dr Bell but will not return. High turnover and the wait is ridiculous. …

It's always a GREAT experience when I have my appointment. DR.MOSER is so personable and caring about his patients. Conversations with him are always pleasant and meaningful, not just idle talk. I like that. The staff from check-in to check-out is pleasant as well.
