First appointment at Stratford, and Dr. Bhaskar was pleasant and very informative. I appreciated how she informed me of the tests she was conducting and the reasoning behind them. I would recommend them!

Two weeks ago, I walked in first thing in the morning as an emergency without an appointment. I was seeing double vision out of nowhere, and my head was spinning. The first person I met, Kevin, told me they were booked two weeks out, but when he heard my situation, he told me to wait for the doctor and he would do what he could. Dr. Tina Dao did make time to see me, both that morning, and later, at the end of the day. She was very friendly and professional, as was the entire staff, including Javier, who tested me in the morning, and Hien, who ran some tests later in the day for me. I am still dealing with my double vision situation and will be seeing an ophthalmologist, but I thank fountain Valley optometry for making time to see me and I would highly recommend them. I live in New York, but if I lived in Fountain Valley, I would be a regular patient.

The office staff is personable and kind. Dr. Rheeman made me feel comfortable about my visit. I highly recommend this office.

The minute I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and taken In immediately. Dr. Chiu was amazing and took a lot of time with me explaining everything about my images, contacts, the pressure in my eye and much more. She said if I have any further questions please feel free to contact her. Both of the assistants were extremely patient & also explained everything that was going to be done. The last assistant Karina was great. She took alot of time helping with numerous types of frames. She was very patient and super friendly. She also explained everything my insurance would cover. She was very helpful to the very end. I don’t live close by, but I don’t mind the drive because of the professional service I get it’s so worth it. Thank you for having such a wonderful staff including Liz who recommended me to come here. I’m glad she did. I thank Dr. Chiu for literally saving my eye sight from getting worse & requesting a referral from my primary doctor for the ophthalmologist. Thanks for everything. I had the pleasure of picking glasses for my daughter today and the process was extremely seamless. Everyone was extremely professional from start to finish. I called in advance and the woman I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable about the policies and procedures. She welcomed us to come by and shop. When we arrived she remembered us and welcomed us inside of the store. There were available technicians to assist us and others in the store. Every person that arrived was helped promptly. Due to the large selection, my daughter and I struggled to narrow down her selection to two pair. We could have easily chosen ten pair! I was shocked by this as many other stores have less than ten pair total to select from for children. While we browsed the selection the general manager reviewed our coverages to help us make budget friendly choices. The process was fast and professional. I am extremely thankful that I chose this location. They really made a somewhat stressful process feel very easy.

I did not have to wait more than 5 minutes before I was taken to have my eyes tested. The doctor was friendly, informative, explaining what is needed to be done to help correct my eyesight. The office directly set up appointments for the next 5 visits, including the surgeries, according to the doctor's recommendations. The office staff were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

Never let him operate until you get a scan! First of two who f*cked up my eye!

Dr. Benjamin Chun - The Golden Hands Doctor! I recently had two firsts in my life - cataract surgery and the surgery completed in a non-hospital setting. Both were absolutely awesome. Dr. Chun knew I was apprehensive and took extra time with me and described EVERY procedure. There was NO PAIN. To say that I trust Dr. Chun would be the understatement of the year. His staff are all very, very knowledgeable, especially Kerrie (with a K) who explained all the details of the pre-surgery items. This experience was so wonderful that just yesterday I scheduled the cataract surgery for my other eye! After just one eye being "done", my eyesight has vastly improved. Thank you Dr. Chun and God Bless You!!!

Cant stand this place! When a parent comes in and says that there child has a disorder, you respect it! With no attitude!!!
