Dr. Chokshi is second to none in his field!!! This is the second time that I have been seen by this physician. And my second rave review of him as I just can't say enough good things about him ( his expertise in the field, the utmost compassion for his patients, etc.). I have total confidence in Dr. Chokshi and wholeheartedly recommend him!

The doctor was very nice and welcoming. Elizabeth was very very helpful and attentive when it came to choosing the best glasses for ny needs. She took her time to explain the details relating to prescription; even showing the different comparisons of options that were available for me to choose. Thank you SI Optometry.

Worst experience ever. I called to make an eye exam appointment and was asked if I have insurance, I said I would pay cash. They asked repeatedly for insurance in order to schedule an appointment. Unbelievable, denied service for wanting to pay cash. I ask to speak with the person in charge, she hangs up on me. I call back and they won't answer the phone. With so many choices of optometrist in the area I don't need to be treated this way.

I stopped by Lens Craftes today to have my glasses adjusted and I was met with such a warm and welcoming greeting from Gabby and Veronica. Veronica adjusted my glasses perfectly. I love the brea mall location and would recommend there … More

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Brittany Jones at Avon Vision Associates. She took the time to thoroughly educate me on her findings during my eye exam and she patiently answered all of my questions. I was also very impressed with the state of the art equipment at this office. The team was very friendly and professional! I know my eyes are in great hands and I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

If I hadn’t checked with my eye insurance company I would have lost $95. Last year I went to get my eye exam. I told the front desk lady I do not want the contacts from her. I don’t want them because they’re a lot more expensive than online. She went ahead and claimed my insurance without my knowledge. So when I claimed it my insurance never paid me. I found out a month ago. My insurance informed me that the office will need to return that money. When I called and spoke with her she gave me the run around. It’s been too long so they can’t do anything. THE FACT is THE OFFICE OWE ME $95!!! I asked what are you going to do about that?? She said she’ll have to talk to the “financial person”. Or she can give me two boxes of contacts. I said no I don’t want your contacts. She cuts me off and said what’s you’re CC number? For what I asked. She said so she can reimburse me my $95. I’m writing this review to document what had happened. It’s unbelievable that this person can do this. She has the nerve to ask me why did I wait so long. BECAUSE I DIDNT KNOW YOU TOOK MY MONEY?!!! I love the eye doctor but this lady is unbelievable. I feel like I’m on those scamming calls. Absolutely horrible. UPDATE: I noticed she charged my CC and refunded the same Amt. I called her and she said: yeah we cannot refund you. She wanted to leave at that. She gave me false information about how she cannot return the money to my insurance. I demanded to speak with her manager. Her manager was very nice and professional. She confirmed that it was FALSE information what that lady was telling me. That it is NOT too long and IT IS NOT true that they cannot return the money to the insurance company. She made things right and I am glad she did. Unfortunately the other lady gave me fraudulent feelings.

Three years using Dr Huynh and I leave happy every time. Very patient. Explains everything. Provides ample time for each appointment. One of the best providers I deal with.
