I recently had a comprehensive eye exam at this optometry clinic, and I can't praise them enough. The service was exceptional, from the moment I walked in until I left. The thoroughness of the exam left me confident in the accuracy of my prescription. The optometrist was attentive, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. In terms of quality and value, they truly excel. I left with a precise prescription and the feeling that my eye health was their top priority.

Shermin Lahijani OD is truly a gem. The level of care and attention to detail they provide is unmatched. The staff is friendly and professional, and the office is clean and inviting. The optometrist patiently addressed all my concerns and explained everything clearly. They even went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair of glasses that suited my style. I highly recommend this place!

Dr. Lahijani has excellent bedside manners. Her practice space is new, clean and beautiful, the front desk/scheduling assistants are kind and efficient and I appreciate how everyone is multilingual. Also the BEST selection of eyewear at good prices. Will only be coming here for my contacts and eye exams

Dr. Dueñas is fantastic at his profession. This optometrist is my go-to place to get my eyes checked. It's always an enjoyable experience when I'm there. Perla, who works upfront, is caring and professional. You do have to make an appointment if you plan to see Dr. Dueñas. Thank you!

Went there today to get my glasses. The lady explained my plan next I was looking for glasses in the type was wearing she explained they didn't have the kind I was looking for so I look around found two pairs inside a case I tried to open the case but it was locked and stood at the counter and said excuse me 3 times with the lady 3 feet in front of me she didn't respond so I waited now only 2 people in the besides myself in the room it was not that hard to hear me so I looked at the lady put up glasses back and she put up glasses right in front of me and didn't say or ask could she help me so I walked out and gotten me another appointment somewhere else bad service when you can't hear someone talk in a small office space update my boyfriend got his glasses and not a case to put them in at all they don't give out case for your glasses I guess because he didn't have to pay but other places do but as I said they don't do it

This review is long overdue. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Duenas for 2 years now and I’m always reminded of how amazing the patient care is. Not only is Dr. Duena’s an excellent optometrist, he is kind and caring which is a rare find these days. Not once have I had to wait too long in the waiting room and ordering contacts is always breeze. He and his staff make the whole annual eye process very easy. I would easily recommend him to any of my co-workers and friends.

My dad was concerned about an issue he was having with his vision. He’s from Michigan and flew into LA on a Friday night. Saturday afternoon we called Serrano, and they took us same day! Within 30 min of entering the doctors office a nurse was treating my dad. He received a full work up and our doctor was FANTASTIC. I’m grateful for the entire team, their diligent work put my dad’s mind at ease, and consequently mine as well. I’d give this place 10 stars if I could.

My father has been going to the office for many years. Each time he was making an appointment, he couldn’t help expressing his frustration because their receptionist service is terrible. I don’t understand why the office doesn’t address this type of issues. Very disappointing.

I just took my 80 year old mother to this eye center. Wow, i work 9 months out of a year in Korea for the pass 10 years and I could not believe my eyes how inefficiency the clinic was operating! Good people, but wrong ways. I'm not an expert in this field but was able to notice one thing immediately!!! Your dealing with elders and the workers are young. Younger people move/act fast the elder CAN NOT.....if I can make a suggestion before our beloved elders get hurt amongst the fast traffic of this very well intended clinic. SLOW DOWN amongs elders!

Dr. Sacks is an amazing doctor. He helped my mother with her glaucoma issues when her own doctor misdiagnosed her for many years. He also found my glaucoma and caught it early enough and has held it at bay and kept my eyes healthy for the past 8 years. He and his office staff are friendly, caring and professional. I’ve recommended him to many people and will always continue to do so.

I 'm an 83 year old lady who has been having routine eye exams every 6 months for years. Today was one of those successful exams and I want to share why I feel so uplifted. It's because I'm always treated like a real human being that matters in his office. His wonderful staff treats me equally as special. Dr. Sacks listens to my questions and always patiently answers and makes sure I understand. They are truly caring professionals whom I trust without any doubt whatsoever.
