Dr. Cáceres is one of the best doctors I know, very knowledgeable and dedicated. For many years I have referred family and friends to him. The staff is wonderful.

Dr. Krivo performed successful surgeries on both of my mom's eyes. Highly recommend him!

My experience is very bad. They made me some glasses and the lenses are coming out of the frame. They say they don't make the lenses but the insurance. Zero quality control. This second time I went and the recipe badly made and now they want to charge me $ 65 for taking a new exam. Very bad attention and disorganized

The branch and the Staff are top notch, especially the Manager. Service here is excellent, friendly and helpful. Ordered 2 pairs of glasses for my son. After a rocky and unpleasant experience with the EyeLab customer (non)service, the branch went out of their way to assist and make up for it. The phone in customer service is utterly useless and makes this company look completely incapable and gives bad name. Something definitely needs doing about this. My advice would be to forget the phone in service and go straight to this branch. You will not be sorry. Well done team!!

Dr Cortez Lewis is a caring and experienced optometrist. The best in Fl state, not just Brevard County. Florida needs more medical professionals like this.

What a pleasure seeing Dr. Ciliberti today! He is very thorough and attentive. He is the only Dr. That has been able to correct my double vision and is very patient during the exam/testing process. I have struggled with my vision for years and he took the time, requested specific tests and figured out what is going on. I Thank God for you Dr. Ciliberti. And…….Maria, in the front office is the best! She is so incredibly helpful and friendly. She is very good about returning calls and scheduling. Maria, you are such a pleasure to speak with. Thanks for all of your help! I will definitely be back.

I have been going to LVC for 3 or 4 years now. Before switching to here, I would go to the "big box" retail places, which overall were fine, but now that I've experienced the great service of LVC I will never go back. Colleen is always super friendly and has gone above and beyond more than once with either insurance follow up or orders that have been placed. Dr. Ross is so great! She is patient with any questions you have and wants to make sure you are all set before leaving her office. I love this place!

The costumer service is awesome, they have taken good care of me. They have taken the time to listen to my needs and the quality time , if I have any problems I can call them back with no hesitation. I will continue to come back to Rosin Eye with ease. The price is affordable. Thank you so much

They have a new doctor from Illinois I believe their welcome sign said and she’s amazing. I had stopped going there before covid cause it felt kinda not caring and a staff girl was so rude and now there’s a new one too who didn’t even want to help during the frame process and looked at you like if you were interrupting her gossip time, but aside from her this new doctor made you feel like you were taken serious and well cared for I will be recommending and coming back with my family for her services. And hopefully the staff gets it together so everyone sees how wonderful this new doctor is and lasts here in the AV.
