I had an excellent experience with Dr. Patel. She’s very knowledgeable and kind. She saw me right at my appointment time and got me “in & out” quickly. I highly recommend her for a vision exam & contact lens ordering. Laura

Other than the fact they close at 4:30pm, this place is great. The doctors and staff are so very nice and they accept Medi-Cal/Cal-Optima. I come here often. I highly recommend.

Great first experience with Dr Weingarten. He was wonderful to chat with, thorough and great bedside manner.

Visited this location for an eye check up and for prescription sunglasses. This team is very professional and did a great job with their follow up. In addition, when they noticed a quality issue (I would have missed it!) they proactively fixed the problem at no additional cost, prioritizing getting me my glasses in a timely fashion. Really appreciate their customer first values! Very pleased with their follow through! Highly recommend this location!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Terrible customer service. MY mother had an appointment and was 15 mins early. The receptionist asked her why she was there early since they had no intention of seeing her before her scheduled appointment. My mother said it was her first time there and she likely had to fill out paperwork not to be seen early. She was later turned away because despite me giving the clinic her insurance information twice and them verifying the insurance and referral over the phone prior to her appointment they couldn't see her because according to them my mom belonged to a different medical group not contracted with them. My mother has been seeing the provider who referred her for over 10 yrs they can't tell me that she has been seeing the wrong doctor and medical group for years, and the insurance continues to pay for visits. I called to complain and let them know they were wrong. The medical group approver for her to be seen at the clinic and the woman I spoke with rudely responded to me saying I was wrong and they don't verify insurance or referrals for first time patients which make no sense. I asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold for 10 minutes for the manager not to answer and them later hang up on me. The worst of the worst! Called her insurance and they verified that my mother's medical group is the one who she has been seeing and The staff was wrong. Do not come to this place.

Went in expecting the same attitude as so many eye care places (RUSHED). Only to be greeted with the friendliest staff I've ever encountered. Actually treated me like I was family, giving me a short tour of the facility. The exam was performed and actually explained to me (That is a first). Dr Jentzen, Shannon and Desarae "wow" is all I have for you three. Well worth the drive if I had more than two thumbs. Believe me they would be up for you three. Thanks for the amazing eye care, more so for the love you showed!!

Great doctors and friendly staff. Excellent care. This father and son practice is an excellent optometrist and eye disease specialist vision center I trusted years ago and as years go by and I need more care for my eyes, I always feel like I am in good hands. Call them, check your eyes and see the difference.

Dr. Maria Gonzalez is simply the best Ophthalmologist I have ever met. She has excellent knowledge. Also extraordinary customer service, both she and her team.

Rude, uninformative, makes you feel as if your appointment is a waste of her time.

Good morning. I am now at Wills eye clinic, for my appointment I do not feel comfortable right now at this time of my treatment. I feel as though I am being treated like a mule. It feels like a eye Factory. I did decline the eye pressure treatment of My eyes since it has nothing to do with my eye injury. Now I have been sitting here for the last half hour, like I have been deserted. What should I do?! Not happy! David
