I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this establishment. I had scheduled an appointment almost a week in advance, and shockingly, less than 24 hours before my appointment, I received a call stating that they couldn't proceed with the appointment because they required a referral from my son's primary doctor. The puzzling part is that this is the same place that saw my son months ago for the exact same issue, and they saw him without needing a primary doctor back then. This inconsistency in their policies is truly frustrating and nonsensical.
The staff handling the phone calls seem to be completely unaware of their own procedures. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with a situation where the left hand doesn't seem to know what the right hand is doing. This level of incompetence is unacceptable, and it has left a lasting negative impression on me. I have no intention of returning to this place in the future. The customer service I encountered was nothing short of terrible; it felt like a complete waste of my time.
To make matters worse, the person who called me not only questioned my honesty but also displayed a lack of professionalism by failing to engage in a logical conversation. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and disheartened. I strongly advise against seeking service from this place if you value your time and expect even a basic level of professionalism and consistency.

Everyone is so friendly here. My Dr understand my illness and I see her once a year for a new glasses. My insurance give $400 for new glasses each year so I need to use it.
The glasses center let me pick the frame I want and order.
No eye exam and appt needed if I need another new glasses when it break, just walk in and get another one.

We had a scheduled appointment at 10:30am. When we arrived there were 48 people in the waiting room and the outside lobby. I really have to question what kind of quality care you can give a patient when you are running a mill.

I recently had an urgent eye exam. From the moment I walked in, the staff was attentive and understanding of the urgency. The waiting time was minimal, and the optometrist conducted a thorough examination. I left with a clear understanding of my eye health and a prescription. Overall, a positive and great experience that I highly recommend.

I have been going to Dr. Hopkins for years and she is fantastic. Her exams are thorough with state of the art equipment and she is very caring and friendly. Because my prescription is a bit tricky in correcting the distance vs close up vision she has me try out my contacts for a couple of days before ordering to see what works best for me so that helps a lot. Kim at the front desk is also great.

Care, concern & attentive to every detail to eye care, I never knew existed. I will NEVER consider another Optometrist after my experience with Dr. Hopkins & her ENTIRE staff are welcoming & seems to be genuinely nice. I LOVED my experience here.

So happy I came across this place. I really enjoyed my visit. Dr. Steven’s was kind and friendly. They also have a nice selection of frames. I’d highly recommend!

Dr. Tania Stevens is a wonderful, caring experienced Optometrist.I have a difficult prescription. Her office is close to my house. I have been there several times for new glasses and repairing my.old ones. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The 2 opticians Olivier and Monica can help you find the.perfect glasses. They know exactly what they are doing with your prescription. You may even have vision insurance which really.helped me. Brenda is the receptionist and she was very helpful and patient. 5 stars for sure

Very good experience from Brenda, the receptionist; Monica, the Optician; and Dr. Stevens. Very thorough exam and pleasant interactions. I went there because of my insurance not knowing what to expect, but the experience exceeded my hopes. Nice display of glasses too, clean organized office.

The BEST care I have received. I had PRK done 6 months ago. Dr. Pathak was very kind and thorough, he explained everything in detail so I knew exactly what to expect. The recovery was just as he stated and I now have 20/20 vision! On top of that, he checked in on me and I was able to reach out to him easily if I had any concerns. Cyndi the front desk girl is the sweetest person! You can tell they genuinely care and are overall great people. They have my highest regard.
