This was my first visit to the office and I am so happy I went. Everyone was so chill and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The vibe was very relaxed. They had great music playing overhead and a movie on the TV. I will recommend them to everyone. Do yourself a favor and schedule your next eye exam with them.

Highly recommend this place! Dr. Mark Cannon is an excellent eye doctor. He did a very comprehensive eye exam for both frames and contacts, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to give me an accurate prescription. He's very knowledgeable about dry eyes and has a cheerful and friendly demeanor, and he makes a deliberate effort to make you feel comfortable during the exam.

Dr. Carly at Warby Parker North Loop is the best optometrist I’ve ever encountered. I expected something very quick, just enough to get a prescription so I could go purchase some new glasses, but she was so thorough in educating me, recommending eye care products and follow-up for some minor issues. I’ve never had an optometrist spend that much time in patient care beyond the eye exam itself. Very impressed!

Even though they were short staffed, Candace, Paul and Dr. Hsilao provided excellent service, Paul was very informative with all the options for my son's px. Thank you!

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Visits always go smoothly without delays. Lauren is very helpful with everything contacts and glasses. I have been going here for years and always satisfied.

HORRIBLE! Customer service! They make you wait over 1hr of there appointment! The Bitter man on the front desk screams at you across the room to turn off the low volume on the phone.Then the Medical assistant refused to let me in the room with my mom.SHE DOES NOT SPEAK ENGLISH this place is beyond bad! Stay AWAY. This place is a joke and makes Loma Linda hospital look BAD!

This is my first time here for an eye exam and for contact fitting. The staff here are the best of the best. Everyone is pleasant, friendly, helpful, and patient. Dr. Gerald is amazing, very thorough which I truly appreciate. I highly recommend everyone to come to MyEyeDr.

Wonderful experience! Everyone who interacted with me was knowledgeable, pleasant, and had a welcoming smile. I felt very comfortable and I knew I had discovered a professional office. Dr Garretson was so very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed. Kelly who tested my eyes, was also so kind and explained every step. I definitely will be telling my family and friends about my discovery of a truly exceptional optometry office.

After my first appointment here, I moved my entire family to this office. Dr. Ben & the entire staff at Eyes on Broad are absolutely amazing!! Every interaction that I’ve had with this office over the last few years has been very professional and patient-centered. Dr. Ben & Eyes on Broad genuinely cares about their patients and it shows!

They denied to see me for arriving 9 min after my appt time. I called in the morning to ask if they had a grace period because I work until 5pm and I was told there was a 10 min grace period, I walked in the office and they tell me that the doctor said he can’t see me bc I was late & that the company doesn’t give a grace period; what company doesn’t give a grace period ??? Life happens, traffic happens !!!! I drove here for nothing after really needing to get my glasses and contacts. Never again am I coming to this location. Worst costumer service & management!!! !
