I had a great experience. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Dr. Kendall George gave me a thorough exam and explained everything to me so that I could easily understand. I was very happy with my visit and look forward to getting my new glasses. (They have a good selection of frames also.)

Am disabled in a wheelchair. Rolled in, One person at counter. Rolled To her and sat there and waited assuming she was busy. Then I thought maybe she didn’t see me so reached and put my phone on her counter. Still nothing. Finally I pushed myself to stand up and ask her what was going on. She asked me if I signed in and was telling her that’s what I was trying to do. She then pointed at another lady, who was not there when I came in , and she was helping someone that came in after me. I have learned a lot becoming disabled in the last 3 years but will not be accepting of others inconsiderate treatment. May not sound big to u but it is. We deal with a lot of things being trapped in a wheelchair but people working in the health care field are expected to have empathy on the very people that keep them employed

I had a great experience here. They did a great job attending to all of their customers, and I appreciate that they acknowledge everyone that walked through the door. That will make or break an experience for me. They were all great and making sure I understood each step of the exam, and they did an amazing job helping me understand my coverage and the various costs based on what I wanted with my new lenses. I would recommend this place to anyone!!!!! I’m excited to receive my new lenses, and will continue to come here in the future. Thank you ladies for all of your help!

I’m completely thrilled and overwhelmingly excited to share my experience with the OMNI eye care and staff. From the start to the end of my visit I was treated and acknowledged as a person of just a patient with insurance. I could speak all day long about the satisfaction I felt in the capable, trusting and knowledgeable persons I entrusted my vision to.

I normally don't review places but this is a must. I went in four (4) months ago to get some contacts lens ( I took my own prescription ) I was told by Martha ( lady in the front ) that my things will get there in a week. A week went by … More

I hate to have to do this but I am appalled at the customer service at this place. Nobody speaks any english and my elderly mother was forcefully pushed into their machines for tests with out being prompted on what to do. my mother is a miami native and speaks no spanish. My elderly father had to come to translate for her just so she would know what was happening while these tests where happening. This is extremely unethical. Not to mention their appointment was scheduled, which they arrived early for and STILL had to wait 3+ hours to be seen. How is this supposed to make my mother feel comfortable about cataract surgery with this facility. Needless to say they're going else were

I was getting my eyes examined for a prescription, as a second opinion for eyeglasses provided by Costco, but the tech apparently gave me COVID, and then my wife got it from me. When I got my eyeglasses made from their prescription, it was obvious the tech made an error. I specifically stated I needed prescription for long distance (driving a car), and the eyeglasses seem to work best for distances of only 10-20 feet. The original Costco prescription was not quite right in one eye but these glasses are worthless for driving. Plus, their carpet is very filthy.

Sheryl helped me find the perfect pair of glasses that fit my life style and complimented my face shape. She was very knowledgeable and listened to my likes/dislikes about various pairs. Dr. Brian was also very helpful and even went a step further to explain various parts in my eyes & answered all my questions. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Cuevas Eye Center. These doctors are outstanding. My family and I have been seeing them for years. They treat you like family. The office staff is friendly, kind and keep appointments running smoothly. ⭐️

I visited my eye doctor (Dr. Eric P Janlon) and was extremely impressed with the level of service I received during the initial consultation, the surgery, and follow up. From the moment I walked in, the staff including Celeste was friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome and comfortable. The eye exam itself was thorough and informative, and my doctor took the time to explain the results and answer all of my questions relating to my sergury.
