So bad that I don't even know where to begin. Yes, it is that bad and worse.

I’ve been a patient/customer at Seaview for many years (I’ve lost count of how many) and they continue to be my go-to for all my eyewear needs! The space is modern, welcoming and always super clean. They have a small parking lot in the back but street parking is usually pretty easy to find. The clinicians and staff are all lovely, extremely knowledgeable and professional. Most recently, I received outstanding service from both Eric and Daisy. Daisy went above and beyond to help me with a couple pairs of glasses I had, making all the necessary adjustments and taking her time to make them fit properly/comfortably. Thank you Seaview Optometric, keep doing what you’re doing!

I’ve been a patient here for about 4 years or so now, and have never been happier with my optometrist. Dr. Mitchell is awesome - she is the reason I got LASIK and changed my life for the better. The staff is always polite, courteous and super friendly. They are so helpful in picking out the right frames and make you feel comfortable through out the whole appointment process. Thank you to the whole Seaview Optometry team!

This Optometry shop is awesome. They have the best glasses you can ever find. The drs are friendly as well as the staff. Feels very welcoming at that store. No pressure sell.

I’ve been coming here for about six years ?? now. I found Belmont optometry through my list of participating optometrists and am really glad to have found them. Dr Sao is awesome. She’s Knowledgeable, informative, and appears to really love what she does. Thanks for looking out for my eyes Dr Sao! The only downside to Belmont Heights Optometry is that they have very limited frames to choose from on site for my picky taste

I had a great experience with Dr. Sao and her staff. The office vibe was very welcoming and relaxing. My husband chose a new pair of glasses and I also had my eyes dilated. I went forward with the dry eye treatment at her office. I don’t feel the dry eyes when I’m on my computer and cell phone now. I’ll be back for the second treatment. Thank you.

I've been coming to this optometrist for as long as I can remember. I'll never go anywhere else. The absolute best care and staff.

I took my mom here for her appointment. She received a Text message to check in and register her information 30 minutes prior to the day of her appointment. The staff should have sent it sooner or at least the day before the appointment. Since I care for her, I needed more time to register and gather all her medical information. Other then that, staff is professional and helpful. There’s plenty of free parking since they share space with other businesses. The seating area is space out and clean.

Place was very clean, customer service was friendly, and I didn't have to wait too long for my appointment. Once I was brought back to testing rooms it went quicker than expected. They are very thorough.

I have called today 4 times and they keep cutting me off. Horrible service the office canceled my appointment and now next appointment is till January. Tried the number online and that one doesn’t allow you to even push options so gives you recordings. Not the first time I have given bad reviews but another time I waited at least an hour to see my specialist and when he finally came to see me he gave me like 5 minutes of his time and takes off.
