Saw Dr L and he was amazing. The front staff was kind and the whole process was very efficient. This is the first time I’ve been to the eye doctor in many years and I was so pleased! Dr L really knows his profession so well and he was able to elaborate on so much when it came to the details of my prescription. Definitely will be going there from now on. 10/10

Just called them to order contacts through them rather than 1800 Contacts to support a local business. (they did my eye exam last year) They told me my they couldn't fill the prescription because it expired 2 days ago (18th). I would have to come in for a new eye exam. It honestly seemed like they didn't want to be helpful and just wanted the revenue from another exam. I am going to find another doctor.

I visited Frame + Sight Optometry last month and received great care from Dr. Truong! The office is brand new and absolutely beautiful. I love that they carry some designer frames (YSL & Gucci) but also smaller independent brands as well. I ended up with a pair of Eco frames and have received so many compliments since wearing them. The office staff are so nice, helpful, & patient too! We came there with our 3 little ones and they were really accommodating. Check this place out, you won’t regret it!

Frame + Sight is a great new optometry practice in Long Beach. I needed a last minute appointment for an eye exam and frames and they were able to squeeze me in on a Saturday, which I really appreciated. Upon walking in, both the receptionist and the optician greeted me very warmly. I arrived a little early so I sat in the lobby to wait and they offered me water, coffee, or tea. The space itself is modern, clean, and tastefully decorated. I didn’t have to wait long and got called in very quickly. Dr. Truong is a great optometrist. She is so welcoming and has a great demeanor. You can tell she’s super friendly and treats all of her patients with respect. I asked her a bunch of questions and she listened patiently and answered all of them. Also, the machines they were using all looked brand new. I was able to get a routine eye exam, as well as a dry eye exam and some sort of 3D imaging of my eyeballs. Once I left the exam room, the optician, Trina, was able to help get my insurance sorted out and explained to me what frames benefits would be covered. Then, as the world’s most indecisive person, I could not for the life of me pick out new frames on my own. However, I got personalized shopping help from Dr. Truong and from Trina and they were able to help me pick out a nice set of frames! They carry several brands including YSL. I ended up going with a set of Eco frames. They were able to use some sort of high tech thing to measure my face to ensure that the frames fit well and wouldn’t fall off. All in all, I had a great experience at Frame + Sight. Dr. Truong is excellent and the entire staff will make you feel like you’re in good hands from A to Z. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for an optometrist.

A great visit from start to finish! Dr. Truong was very welcoming and provided thorough answers to all of my questions. The clinic seems to utilize the latest technology for eye exams and offers an amazing selection of eye glasses. I was searching for a local optometrist for myself and my family and I am grateful to have found this place!

I have been going there for 20 plus years. Dr. Goldstone sold to the new vision care center which is a corporate chain. Needed a new pair of glasses made. The person helping me was rude and not helpful at all. Told me my past glasses I brought in were exactly the same, not once but twice. When I explained for the third time he finally looked and realized what I was saying. Do you think I got an apology or at least an acknowledgement of his mistake. That's a big...no. There really is something to say about small businesses....

Service is very messy.i came there month a go to get my wife's new eye glases. We paid full amount waited two weeks as promised. They Never informed us till date whether the eye glarses are ready. we called 4 weeks after to check the status. Then this girl said " you don't have eye glases ready for you but we have some glases redy for your wife" 😃 They mesed up the names appred in insurance. This is unprofessional & no any quality of their work....... I dont go get any eye glarses again.

I have FINALLY FOUND AN EYE CARE CENTER I WILL BE HAPPY TO GO BACK TO NEXT YEAR!!!!! I found that I have the Polycarbonate "Disease" My distance is Perfect. So ANY Change in VIEW it becomes distorted. Ms. PATTY caught it and reordered my lens prescription with the new material. OH MY!!!!! I can wear them with minimal "eye strain"!!!! I am 59 years old an only need reading glasses. Because of the polycarbonate effect, I always got "Grandpa" frames. Always Looking over the glasses. Argh. Dr. Christina Turner and all the staff were very friendly. It was really quick and easy to get an eye exam done and pick out my glasses. They were ready the next day. I’ve been to another location in Long Beach a few years prior but with their rude doctor, I decided to look elsewhere. So glad I found this place. I would continue to come back here if I didn’t move away.
